The only constructive feedback I have is that they need to train their techs on their products. Our technician couldn't tell us the difference between a maintenance plan and repair, aside from the plan being cheaper than the repair. That didn't make any sense to me and when I asked why it was cheaper when it seemed like a better deal, he couldn't tell me.

That being said, he knew how to do the work I asked him to do and that's all I needed.

I finally broke down and contacted radiant yesterday and within a few minutes of submitting my inquiry online they called me to confirm someone would be able to come out the following day. Today, they contacted me in the morning to confirm again and called when the technician was 30 minutes out. They followed this call up with a text message that not only communicated the name of the technician that would be arriving, but also some fun facts about the individual which I thought was TRULY a really nice touch. Makes you feel a little better about the stranger that’s about to enter your home lol.

The technician that arrived was named Noah and I appreciated that he was punctual, kind, professional and addressed all of my concerns and offered solutions that were within my budget. He showed me the areas of concern once the work was completed, and explained steps I could take to avoid the issue in the future. He also mentioned that if I had any other issues regarding the items fixed that I could reach out and they would come to resolve it for free.

All in all I experienced quick, kind, professional service from the customer care who I initially spoke to, down to the technician and I would highly recommend for any drain issues you may be having!
