The worst thing that could happen in Summer happened and our A/C went out. After hearing their commercials on the radio for so long, I called them and other A/C vendors. Radiant was the first to respond with a technician (CJ) who knew what he was doing and could communicate to me clearly what was happening to my system. We decided to replace the entire system and after multiple quotes, chose to use Radiant simply because we wanted it done right the first time and to feel confident in our purchase/investment for the home we purchased. We are very happy almost a month later with the professionals who installed our A/C (Rene & Tim). You could tell this team had done this job many times before and were instructing the newer team members that day. I could hear the master class being given in the attic and the result is a system that is the envy of the neighborhood. They offered a 10 year warranty on their work and I feel feel confident I won’t need it. Get your A/C installed right the first time so you don’t end up with the Frankenstein system we had to replace. I highly recommend this company.

Review update: After previously having a terrible scheduling experience, I was promised it would get resolved, and by golly it did. The next day they were aggressive (a good thing) in contacting me to get a time scheduled that would work for me. Multiple options were presented. At the decided service time, the technician arrived punctually within the window and had excellent rapport with me and my family. After initial investigation, some theories were presented as guiding their approach to the full maintenance offers for moving forward. They were never pushy, never did I feel like they were trying to "over-sell" me on any option. I genuinely feel that Radiant took a scheduling error and did everything they could to make it right when it was discovered. I will be calling them again if I need plumbing service.
