John came out to give us an estimate on our temporary fix to a pipe in our garage. It ended up being out of our price range for our budget. So we couldn't have him do the work. I'm positive he is knowledgeable enough to be able to get it done and in a jiffy. John was very nice, professional and informative to our needs. I really appreciate that he came out here today and would have been confident on having him do the work.

Where do I start? So as I'm typing this, the install guys are at my house finishing a colossal job. When I purchased my home, I knew the air ducts were in desperate need of replacement. There was a giant hole in the supply plenum. It was bad. I reached out to a few companies and Radiant was the only one who made it out quickly. I got a quote for the replacement of my air ducts and supply plenum. Now, don't get my wrong, they talked me into a bunch of stuff that I could have gotten by without, but I wanted the whole thing. I knew if I was making such a big repair, I might as well make it a major upgrade as well. So I spent a pretty penny. But am I mad, no! Drew was the tech that came out and he was so thorough and explained everything so well, I immediately trusted him. I knew I could say no to the extras and not have him pester me to get it. He even tried to talk me down a bit to make sure I really wanted what I was getting. He explained the financing (which their options are unbeatable) and the next day, I had the repairs done. Literally in 24 hours, they were out and done with the work. I've got some follow up today to finish the last part but I have been so impressed with this company, words don't explain it. Highly recommend if you want the job done professionally and quickly. Also, their commercials don't lie. They're hilarious people with great personalities. Everyone who I've met and/or talked to has been wonderful. Very responsive.

Zak and Antonio came over to replace my hot water heater and I can without a doubt say that was the best experience I’ve had with plumbers ever. They were incredibly knowledgeable, skilled and friendly. They did a very good job replacing the water heater, and they also fixed a few other things around the house free of charge! They gave me a thorough walkthrough of everything they did and made sure I understood how everything works. I don’t usually give reviews with my personal information, but I would vouch for these guys and their work if anyone asked me.
