James Farr, the service technician, was friendly and very knowledgeable. He quickly found our leak (thankfully it was an easy fix, the toilet) and gave us all our options for repair. I felt like James knew his profession and provided excellent service. I would use this service again and recommend to others.

This is my 2nd review for Radiant, and they were just as awesome this around as they were the last! We'd been having outdoor water pressure issues and had a big-name local company come out a year or so ago. They told us we had a big problem and gave us a quote that was WAY out of our budget, so we let the problem sit. After using Radiant to replace our HV/AC system this past March and being SO happy with their service, we decided to give them a try for the water pressure issue. Matt came out, took a look, and within minutes let us know that the problem wasn't nearly as big a deal as we'd been told before. He explained the real issue in language I could understand, gave me several options with no up-sell pressure, and got to work right then and there! Because the valves were old and corroded, the City valve broke. Matt took care of getting the City out to my house, oversaw what they were doing, and even came back 2 days later with bags of soil to repair the damage the City had done to my lawn...whaaa?!? Can't say enough good things about Radiant; they're the only company I'll be using from now on!!!

In the “no service" customer service culture surrounding us these days, these guys really stood out...really!
The process is complete, seamless, and thorough. I was educated (not pressured) and actually excited to spend money with THESE guys!!
What does that tell you?!
A plus, especially right now when many of us are staying home and you need to have this kind of work done, they were also very respectful of our carpet, furniture and work areas, minimizing messes and cleaning up completely.

Great experience! I wasn't sure if my water softener needed maintenance. I spoke with a manager about my situation and agreed that it would be best to have someone take a visual to examine the situation. The person who showed up was very professional (wore the booties and face mask), tested my water, and knew about the softener and plumbing. He advised that my softener is fine and offered info on newer models and educated me on what they do if I decided to upgrade. No pressure at all. Again, the people who I spoke with were pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. I'm pleased with my experience and will call on them again when needed because they have very good people skills (extremely important to me).

Update: we purchased a new water softener. Jason came out again to install. He was very pleasant, professional, knowledgeable, and kind. We are pleased with the new water softener.

Scheduling was a breeze and the staff sure in nice. Courteous and professional service from Trevor. He was great about answering questions. I appreciated all the continuous communication from the scheduler and the fact the technician wore gloves and a mask during this time. They gave different options for the replacement of my garbage disposal so there was flexibility in price point. I had an additional plumbing related issue that cropped up after scheduling that they were happy to address during the visit (I did not have to schedule another appointment). While there are more affordable companies out there, I believe the excellent customer support and expertise was worth the price.
