Alexis was a very knowledgeable plumber. Extremely patient and great young lady. She was fast and thorough. I appreciated her taking time to explain my options and talk me through the process as she went along. Thank you Alexis!

Mr Anthony was great as well. After I told him my issues, he went over my choices and let me make my decision; no pressure. He flushed my hot water heater and replaced two toilets. 5 STARS!

We are so thankful we called Radiant! We have used other companies in the past to service our home HVAC system, but this year we called Radiant to come do our annual furnace inspection. Unlike the previous companies that have inspected it and always said everything was fine, Radiant discovered some major issues that were potentially life-threatening to our family that had obviously been there since before we bought our home. Their professional team took us up in the attic so we could see for ourselves, did a great job of explaining our options, and cared enough to adjust their team’s schedule to get it fixed within 24 hours.

We can’t say enough good things about the level of service, professionalism, friendliness and kindness we received. And they were incredibly communicative and not pushy at all about helping us choose the right affordable options for our HVAC situation.

We especially want to thank Service Specialist Nik Cook for taking the time to properly inspect our system and identify the problems that so many “professionals” before him had completely missed. We’d also like to thank HVAC Sales Manager Woody for putting our concerns at ease and guiding us through this major financial decision on how to best fix our issues. The rest of the crew that came in to replace our HVAC system were all great as well.

Quick, excellent and polite service. Our technician, Gus Drabik, did hard piping on the install of our whole house water softener/filter, as well as bringing the water heater up to code. Very skilled and efficient work. Worth the cost of having it done right.
