Mehran installed some new carpet in my offices last week and the job turned out fantastic. The installers arrived on time and finished the same day. I am very please with the results and his fair pricing. I would recommend Renaissance to anyone looking for new flooring.

I was fortunate to have found Renaissance on Yelp and trusted the amazing customer reviews. As you can see from the completed shower in my home - this business is fantastic! The owner is amazing and so hands-on and patient with nervous homeowners unsure how to proceed.

I would completely recommend this company to anyone looking for a bath or kitchen renovation. I'm seriously considering having my next bathroom renovation done by Renaissance as well. Always remember: you get what you pay for so invest wisely!! And this is the place to go!

We recently had our master bathroom remodeled. We are very pleased with the outcome and professionalism of Renaissance!! Both Mehran's were very easy to work with. They always called to let us know when the workers were coming. All the workers from the tile, plumbing and shower door were all very nice and professional. The bathroom was remodeled in 3 weeks exactly like they said! We recommend them highly! Thanks Mehran!

We hired Renaissance to remodel two bathrooms and install flooring throughout a good portion of the house. Mehran is a delight to work with as he is a real professional who offered some great design ideas. The work crews who worked on the bathrooms and floors, were very skilled and overall did a very nice job. If you are considering a remodel on bathrooms or floors, I would recommend Renaissance.

Now, you may be wondering why, with my recommendation, I did not give them a full 5 stars. The answer is simple. I believe what makes Yelp a good source are the honest reviews. 5 stars to me means a company goes beyond expectations. As much as I would like to say that about Renaissance, I cannot for a couple of reasons.

First of all, the two bathrooms we had remodeled, took two months. Now maybe I set the bar a little high, but two months seems a bit long. In all fairness though, the floor took two days.

In addition, we had a couple of minor problems that if they had been addressed, would have demonstrated a 5 star attitude. An example was paint peeling off the back of a door they painted. I was told that it was due to the prior coat not having primer. A 5 star attitude would be "we will fix it. "

I was pregnant, we just bought a house and we needed the remodeling to be completed before i delivered my baby. I was stressed out about finding a contractor that was reputable, with fair pricing, and could meet my deadline. Renaissance Kitchen Bath & Flooring was recommended to me by a friend of a friend. I obtained four different estimates from contractors and we settled on RKB&F. Their price for the remodel was right in the middle and they were going to work hard to meet my deadline - they work six days a week; which was great! Mehran G. handles the design aspect of the remodeling and he was very helpful and always greeted me with a smile. Mehran D. handles the construction portion of the remodel and he and his crew were very polite, always on time, and work non-stop. Even my neighbors commented how they (the workers) were always there working. Now, I tend to be a little bit anal about things and like to get updates, know what is going on, and usually have tons of questions - Both Mehran's were very polite and never got frustrated with my multiple emails/calls. Their crew was very hard working, did excellent work, and were very mindful of cleaning up after themselves. We had a pretty big remodel (entire kitchen remodel, all flooring up and downstairs changed, all bathroom remodels, and they changed the back door) and they worked really hard to make sure my deadline was met.

Now, after the remodel was completed..literally less than a week later.... we saw running water coming from our walls in the kitchen right next to my new cabinets! I freaked out and called Mehran and even though it was a Sunday, they both came over within a couple of hours and found the leak. Turns out there was a pin hole leak... grrreat. They did the remediation work and after the water dried, they used cameras to make sure that there was no mold and then they repaired the damage. The repair work was amazing by the way you couldn't even tell there was a gaping hole in the wall. I am very appreciative of how both Mehran's handled the situation and the work they did.

Would i recommend Renaissance Kitchen Bath & Flooring? Yes, totally. In fact, i've been advertising for them with everyone that asks me if i know a good contractor! We have a phase 2 of our remodel and RKB&F is our #1 choice. Thanks Mehran & Mehran for your great work!

Mehran G was great to work with on kids bathroom. Quality work done quickly and priced lower than big local advertisers in OC Register. Mehran is now preparing for our master bathroom and we are looking forward to another great job. He is very accessible and his recommendations for materials near his showroom made it convenient to pick stone/porcelain materials. Overall a great experience.
