Excellent. Reliable. Responsive. Reasonable. We selected Renaissance Kitchen Bath & Flooring to do a complete Kitchen remodel and many other projects. We couldn't be happier with the results and in working with Mehran and his team. We met with Mehran to set out our objectives which included opening the Kitchen up to flow into our Family Room. Mehran listened carefully and developed a design that we were very pleased with. Mehran guided us through the details of each cabinet and drawer as we wanted to make sure everything was functional. Mehran's team went to work on the demo and construction and coordinated with us along the way. Mehran helped us pick out the countertop and backsplash which we love. We greatly appreciated Mehran visiting often to see the work and listen to any of our input and subtle changes which he incorporated promptly. The remodel exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend him for a Kitchen remodel as well as other projects - fireplaces, Living Room remodel, electrical upgrades, whole house re-piping - whoa what a list!

No matter how much care one takes, a home is made to be lived in and accidents will happen. In our case, we cracked a porcelain tile on the floor, knocked a molding loose on the island, and unaligned our kitchen drawers. Mehran had told us that these things would happen and advised that we keep any leftover title in order to deal with these sorts of situations. Neither I nor my girlfriend know a thing about repairing anything so that left us with having to call Renaissance Kitchen and Bath for help. My girlfriend called Mehran to tell him of the repairs we needed Mehran said he would have someone come out. He also ordered some extra floor titles for us to make sure that we had extra for future use since we only had one piece left over when the original work was done. Early one Saturday morning two very nice gentlemen came out and within 90 minutes everything was as it was when we got our new kitchen. What an incredible company! Mehran is a man of total integrity and a man of his word. I highly recommended Renaissance Kitchen and Bath to anyone looking to do some remodeling.

Mehran and his team have been so great with our bathroom remodel. Mehran is super responsive and kept me updated with every step and if any issues arose. He had great suggestions for the look of our bathroom. It's now my favorite room of the house. We picked Renaissance because I looked up the three highest rated contractors in my area and got quotes from all three. Mehran was the only one I felt like working with, even before he gave us the best quote out of the three. I would 100% work with them again.

It has been amazing experience by hiring Renaissance KBF to handle our remodel work. Mr. Mehran ( Mehran Sir) is very punctual and meticulous. We hired different contractor at the start ( we were not aware of Renaissance) for our kitchen remodel. That co tract left us in the middle and took money. It was life learning experience. Once contractor left work in the middle, it is hard to find another trustworthy contractor who took someone's work and help to finish it professionally and timely manner. We are lucky that we come to know about Renaissance and Mr Meehan helped to finish our kitchen remodel and got our kitchen back. Mr. Mehran make sure on progress of the work and if come across any concerns then he make sure it gets handle in timely manner. He gives idea and also meet in person to help with selecting material. We not ended up only doing kitchen with them but after realizing no way to find such an professional contractor, Mr. Mehran helped to finish our bar area cabinet plus counter and whole remodel of our fireplace. He also helped us with our paint job. Mr. Mehran make sure to do final inspection of the signed projects and helped right away to take care of any misses.
We have already recommending him to our friends and family. In future also if we are doing any remodel ( bathroom, flooring, kitchen etc...) then only contractor we will allow is Mr. Mehran. It's very hard to find quality and genuine contractor and glad we now know who is no other but Renaissance KBF ( Mr. Mehran Sir).

I am not active on social media and only felt compelled to leave a review to ensure that other people do not experience a similar headache. The prior review was removed because we made it clear we were writing under a friend's account, which yelp likes to see reviews about people's personal experiences.

I could post a side by side picture of the markup and the changed contract if you would like. My mistake was believing that you were trustworthy.  The drain was swapped out because there was a lack of communication between the different trades, which is likely a management issue. The roughs did not match the final trim, and the concrete was already poured. You didn't want to make it right because you thought it would cost too much money caused by your lack of communication.

A simple way to avoid negative reviews is to follow through on your promises, be forthcoming in your mistakes, and try to make things right. We have spent thousands of dollars fixing mistakes caused by your business and were disappointed in your response.  A simple apology and how can I make things right goes a long way (instead of attacking your customers and making snarky or sarcastic remarks).

Completed a 10 month project with Renaissance Kitchen and I couldn't have have a better experience with Mehran and his subs. They were great in adjusting (expanding) from my original plans. They turned my sketches into reality. Super flexible and honest (which means a lot to me). Thank you for transforming our home to our dream home!
