I selected Right Price Rooter and Plumbing Service based on the Yelp reviews that I read. I am so grateful to those of you who took time to write a review. My experience with this company was excellent. I had several plumbing issues that were related in part to the age of the originally installed equipment in my condo. Mick made a visit to my condo to assess the work that needed to be done. He was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciated that fact that he made suggestions and explained why he was making certain recommendations. He sent me a price quote, and then we established the date that the work would be done. Juan was the team member that actually did the work. Juan, too, was very professional and friendly. He was punctual and did an excellent job. Juan is certainly an asset to the company. I highly recommend this plumbing company. Mick and his team provide A+ service.

I came home to find our hot water tank had burst. Having a wife and two young boys home all the time I went into panic mode. I watched 20+ YouTube videos thinking I could fix the problem myself. After a few hours I realized I should leave it to the pros. So the next morning I contacted 13 plumbers for bids on replacing the old 40 gal tank with a 50 gal tank. 12 of the 13 bids were all about the same price but Mick was the only one to offer an expansion tank for the same price. When I talked to other plumbers they all said it was a great idea but would be an extra charge. So I decided to go with Mick and his team. I have to say Mick and I had a few text delays but I understood as if he was working at my place I would be a little annoyed if he was always taking calls for another gig. It was a little of a hiccup but not enough to loos a star in my review. His team was out with the new tank and did a fabulous job replacing the old tank and fitting the new one in with the expansion tank. I was quite impressed on the final look of the setup. They made it look so nice in there my wife was even excited. I watched a little of his team working via my securety system and I'm SO GLAD I left it to the pros. I would of had to run to the hardware store for so many tools and parts that were needed for the job that I had no idea about it would of cost me so much more then hiring them. They took the old tank with them and did a good job of cleaning up the backyard after they were done. Thank you guys! We now have great water pressure and hot water that we haven't had since we bought the house. Even though they needed more parts then was expected Mick stayed true to his bid. I'll be calling him and his team for all our future plumbing needs!

I had some flooding in my crawl space from a burst flex pipe in the water heater. I reached out to Right Price after reading some exceptional reviews here. Mick got back to me very quickly and sent one of his pros out to siphon out the water immediately and give a damage assessment. In short, we needed a new water heater and a new HVAC furnace. Mick recommended a outdoor tank-less unit as a replacement so we could avert any possible flooding issues in the future. We agreed that it was the right choice, and they proceeded with the installation the very next day.

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of authorizing the exterior location of the tank without realizing how big the tank was going to be. It was installed on the back of the house facing our backyard. It was an eyesore and a safety concern for our small children. Again, this was MY mistake, but we absolutely had to have it moved to another more secluded location. Mick happily obliged and did everything he could to make that transition as cost-effective as possible.

I was very grateful for Mick and his team's patience, professionalism, and exceptional quality work. I highly recommend Right Price Rooter and would definitely work with them again in the future!

I found this place from Yelp and I messaged Mick for an estimate and he was very quick to respond. There were some hiccups here and there but Mick and his team did such a wonderful job so it didn't really matter when the job was done last week. It was such a wonderful service and very professional. Their service was above and beyond. Very kind and caring! Reasonable price and fast! I would highly recommend this place to all my friends and family! Here are some list of things I would like to share with you.

1) I live in downtown LA condo so I needed to schedule a water shutdown with our management (with $50/hr fee) to replace water valves for my washer. I asked Mick to come on time or little before so I can avoid getting extra charges from our HOA. He was able to postpone the schedule so I don't get charge for the time his technician needed to prep.

2) What really impressed me was that Mick communicated very well with our management by sending all insurance and license paperwork on time. Also he add our condo to his insurance even though he had to pay extra fee so he can work for us as promised. He could have called me and cancel the job but he kept his word. He also checked all details with our HOA and his insurance company.

3) Mick honored his first price quote after realized that the job is a lot more complicated than he first thought. He truly wanted to make his customer happy!

4) Juan is who actually came to replace our valves and he did his best to finish all within one hour so I don't get charged for more water shutdown fee. He had to cut a hole underneath the valve box and replace the pipe inside as well. It wasn't an easy quick job but he was able to finish all within one hour.

5) What really WOWed me is that Mick gave me $20 back after knowing that my little one is sick. He wanted me to get him a soup. It's not about the money that he gave back. I was very impressed by his kindness and warm heart. I've worked with many plumbing or other companies but no one offered me anything like this. The amount didn't matter...I was glad to meet someone who truly care about the customers.
