Roofworx did an exceptional job replacing the roof of my mom's rental house in Oakland. Although the roof isn't large and was probably a small project for them, Roofworx treated us just as if we were a big, important customer. My mom is elderly with bad hearing, no computer or smartphone so I was the main point of contact, relaying information back and forth between my mom and Roofworx (mostly Vlad). I'm down in San Diego and knew little about the house/roof so this 3-way form of communication was often difficult. And, my mom was very anxious to have the roof replaced very soon, before the next storm forecast in the near future. Despite all of this, Vlad worked diligently and "jumped through hoops" to meet all our requirements at a reasonable price and, within days, have the roof replaced before the pending storm. The install team was terrific, put on a beautiful new roof and left the property nice and clean. Needless to say, I strongly recommend Roofworx for any roof work you need!

My roof leaked rain water down into the living room on overnight on a Saturday night. I made the inquiry for an emergency repair through Yelp and got many automated text responses. Roofwor took the initiative to call me and was able to get someone out to assess on Mon-day.

Donnacha was my Project Manager, and despite it being the busy rainy season, they were able to schedule the repairs to be completed just a few days later.
He and his crew were great. They were on time, profes-sional, and worked efficiently.

Donnacha provided excellent communication throughout the 2-day project. He provided schedule updates, let me know what work was happening next, shared photos and videos of the work, and periodically invited me outside to take a look at the progress.

The project included construction of a slope on a flat area of roof, removal and reinstallation of solar panels, and adding gutters to some areas. The quality of the work was excellent, and they paid attention to details, including painting the new gutters they installed to match the existing trim color of the house.

Donnacha was always available to answer any ques-tions, provided an accurate quote for the work, and made it easy to pay them. I would definitely recommend entrusting your roof project to this team. They were great!

Update following completion of job: work was done well and to our satisfaction. We were provided photos of the repaired areas. Overall, we are very pleased with the work Roofworx performed!
