Transforming a Home with Quality Care
Transforming a Home with Quality Care
At Salvation Builders LLC, we take pride in our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Monica P., who reached out to us to help prepare her home for rent. With her previous porch columns rotting and a few other improvements needed, she trusted our father-and-son team, Troy and Johnny, to bring her vision to life.
The Challenge: A Home in Need of Care
When Monica contacted us, her home had several areas that required urgent attention. The two porch columns were not just unsightly; they were also structurally compromised and in need of replacement. Additionally, Monica needed new baseboards, LVP flooring (Luxury Vinyl Plank), bifold doors, and a new vanity – all essential updates to make her home appealing for potential renters.
Moreover, as with any renovation project, there was pressure to deliver high-quality results without cutting corners. Monica needed professionals who could ensure her home was not just cosmetically pleasing, but also safe and functional.
Our Approach: Quality Renovations and Attention to Detail
Understanding our customer's expectations, our team got to work. Here’s what we accomplished:
1. Replaced the Rotting Columns: We carefully removed the old, rotting porch columns and installed sturdy, beautiful replacements that enhance the home's facade and ensure longevity.
2. Installed Baseboards: We added new baseboards throughout the house, giving each room a polished and finished look.
3. LVP Flooring Installation: Next, we laid down the new Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring, chosen for its durability and easy maintenance—perfect for a rental property.
4. Bifold Doors Installation: To save space and increase functionality, we installed elegant bifold doors that open up into rooms, creating a seamless flow throughout the home.
5. Vanity Upgrade: Finally, we installed a stylish new vanity that added both functionality and aesthetic appeal to the bathroom.
The renovation didn't come without its hurdles. After the initial installations, we noticed a minor issue with one of the fittings. True to our commitment to quality, we didn't hesitate to return the next day to rectify the situation. We believe that following up after our work is just as important as the initial installation, ensuring our customers are completely satisfied.
The Results: Satisfaction Guaranteed
The finished project not only met but exceeded Monica's expectations. She expressed her appreciation for our meticulous work and our dedication to ensuring everything was done perfectly.
> "Troy and Johnny are an amazing father/son duo who came and helped me get my house ready for rent. The quality of their work is absolute perfection, and they are worth every penny plus more." - Monica P.
Monica's home is now ready for potential tenants, showcasing the high-quality renovations we delivered. With fresh flooring, sturdy columns, and a beautifully upgraded bathroom, her property stands out in the rental market.
