After checking out our system, he suggested that the unit could get some benefit to install a compressor saver to extend the life and hopefully working through the coming summer. We just moved into a new place and found the A/C unit to be completely busted. I reached out to a few folks and Jonathan with Service Professionals Heating & AC was able to come out the same day, working me into his schedule and not leaving until the A/C was back up and running (he stayed well past dark).

He clearly outlined the issues he discovered and walked me through a breakdown of all the repair costs before proceeding with the fix. Should we run into any more HVAC issues or want to upgrade our (ancient) system, I'll be going to Jonathan first.

I'm really happy and satisfied with the work that Jonathan and Service Professionals and Air Conditioning provided me this past Friday. I called last week (mid-heat wave) to have my AC fixed. I had to leave messages at all other locations and those that called me back each had a 2-3 week minimum wait time just for the diagnostic visit. When I called Service Professionals, Jonathan picked up the phone and scheduled me for the very next day. Additionally, his quote for the diagnostic visit was cheaper than any other quote I received. The next morning, I received text messages letting me know when he would be arriving. Jonathan was on time, professional, and very pleasant. Although it was an easy fix, Jonathan was quick to diagnose the issue and resolve it. He even explained to me what was going on and issues to look for in the future to avoid needing the service. He was very knowledgeable, informative, and pleasant. I will gladly be calling him again, if/when needed, to handle my AC issues.

He walked us through everything that he was going to do and at the end walked us through all the outputs from his review/test.
