I called one day to make an appointment for inspection. The owner picked up, within just a few words he was able to diagnose our problem. He was very patient and took much of his time to talk about how our problem came to be, how Ducts are supposed to be, and what will need to be done. He walked me through the process and every detail. He sent out a technician, he was on time, friendly, patient, not in a hurry, and didn't have a problem waiting for me. We talked about business, other issues i was having at other properties, and just all in general helpfully knowledgeable and conversationally relaxed. He walked around the property and inspected every vent. He came to a through detailed conclusion. He took the time to show me all his findings and explained thoroughly, every detail of the steps in a specific order that we should take to restore our AC Ducts and AC unit like new. They were not the first company I have dealt with in the past. They by far, smashed it out of the park for me both professionally, and without a doubt value. You would think such an A-Quality, Top Shelf, Professional company would charge more for their services and expertise but they don't. It's actually quite the opposite. When I compare the quote they gave me for all their estimated work, to other companies I recently dealt with the prior week, their prices were nearly half that without any discounts or any haggling. The owner was able to give me a rough estimate, best case scenario and worst case scenario over the phone. The technician when quoted me came in at almost the exact same prices. Their invoices are easy to read and understand. They are detailed with Standard Operating Procedure. They are clear, organized, and concise. When the technician was finished quoting me for services and I was unable to give a full commitment, on the spot, to all services without my business partner's approval, they were patient when I asked them to give me a few minutes to wait, they said no problem and cleaned up. When I finally pulled the trigger on the some of the services, they were compromising, understanding, quick, efficient, and did not try to up-sell me. I appreciate that their sanitation methods are organic, and environmentally conscious. Which is very rare these days, and I know these products and service standards are more costly, but their prices would say otherwise. Their technicians cleaned up when they were finished and collected payment after I was satisfied with the final product. They were able to show me before and after findings which was helpful for documentation purposes. They were not in a hurry, but their work is quick and efficient, so when I say not in a hurry they don't just collect payment and bounce, they stick around to clean up, converse with you more to increase your knowledge and understanding, and they showed genuine warmth and care for me and our property. They are a relaxed company, they are easy to talk to, they listen, and offer other alternatives or temporary solutions, and they show the upmost professionalism than one could aspire to. I am very grateful for them, and I will most definitely have them back to finish the job and to work on our other properties in the near future. I can confidently say, my days for shopping for a good, quality, AC Company that won't sell me on BS or over charge are finally done. They would have my business for life as long as I continue to be this satisfied with their workers, services, and professionalism.
