🔥 AVOID AT ALL COSTS – HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, MOSTLY INCOMPETENT STAFF, AND A NIGHTMARE TO DEAL WITH 🔥<br><br>I’m overdue on this review, but I just realized Stan’s Heating, Air & Plumbing had the nerve to send my invoice to collections which then impacted my credit—even after they failed to complete the job and I had to pay other companies to fix their mess!<br><br>I initially hired them because my AC system was weak, and some rooms were too hot compared to others. Their salesperson, Darin, was completely unreliable—full of promises but never delivered. Everything was delayed—from the arrival of new units to the installation—because they had to “align with the crew.”<br><br>But it gets worse…<br><br>🔥 Left Us in 100°F Heat With No Working AC 🔥<br>When they finally installed the new units, they didn’t work for three days—in the middle of the brutal Texas summer! Outside temps were over 100°F, and did they care? Not one bit. You’d think an AC company would at least have portable AC units on hand for emergencies. Nope. My family suffered in extreme heat, and I had to scramble to buy and borrow portable ACs to survive.<br><br>💀 Left My Backyard Full of Dangerous Debris 💀<br>Their techs ripped out the old units(which they took), but also removed wood frames and other hazardous stuff that got left out in my backyard, leaving my kids and dog to navigate around sharp, hazardous debris. I complained multiple times, but weeks passed, and they never cleaned it up. I had to hire a junk removal company out of pocket because they wouldn’t take responsibility.<br><br>🚨 Damaged My Home & Cost Me Even More Money 🚨<br>Their techs stepped on my can lights while installing the furnace above my kitchen, ripping the paint and drywall in the process. This left me with costly repairs I had to hire other crews to fix. Meanwhile, their salesperson disappeared for weeks, ignoring my calls and emails. Then, like magic, he would reappear just to send me an invoice for a job they never finished!<br><br>💸 Billed Me for Items They Never Installed 💸<br>To make things even worse, they charged me for products I never received!<br><br>Ordered a Halo Air Cleaner – Never installed<br>Ordered a Blue Light UV System – Never installed<br>Ordered extra insulation – Never installed<br>Ductwork - After the work was completed they told me my house was the issue and couldn't increase the duck size but still charged me for it.<br>When I refused to pay for uninstalled and faulty work, they refused to acknowledge the issues and instead sent my invoice to collections, impacting my credit.<br><br>❌ Final Verdict: STAY AWAY ❌<br>While they might have a few decent people, the incompetence of their crews, salespeople, and management makes this company a total disaster, I requested five different times to talk to a higher up and they just avoided it... Save yourself the headache, stress, and financial burden—hire someone else!

Stan’s came out to find the source of a recurring power surge and discovered a major fire hazard where power was coming into the home. While we needed AE to fix it due to the specific issue, Stan’s found the problem and we avoided a potentially deadly issue. Thanks Stan!

If I could leave them negative stars I would. This company is beyond incompetent. They did the install for the two systems in my new construction home in 2021. There were problems from day one. They wasted dozens of hours of our time constantly sending technicians. Never finding the problem. Finally after 3 winter season I brought in another company to find the problem and they discovered the installation was bad. Stan's left a shipping plate still installed attached to the air conditioning coil in the baffle, and they used the wrong size pipe to vent the unit. Through 20 visits nobody ever suspected an issue with installation or checked it. Yet this new company found it in about 10 minutes. After those items were fixed, at my expense, the unit finally worked properly. I'm sure if you have a basic problem like a capacitor that needs to be replaced or a dirty filter Stan's is fine. But stay away from them for system replacement or new build work.

Absolutely disappointed. Went with this company based on their reviews but it’s nothing like their website states. Look at the photos. I had to leave to work half way through the install just to come to this. Guy left the job with the unit plugged in with an extension cord he took out my garage! What? He Told my wife to call an electrician because the install isn’t up to code. What did I pay thousands of dollars for ? Complete ripoff. Earlier the guy had the nerve to tell me he couldn’t replace the water valve in the attic bcs my homeowner shutoff valve that I had replaced 2 years ago had an ant pile on it. … wanted to give me a quote to replace it. WHAT? I put ant poison on it and told his helper that I would dig it out and call them in a few days to finish the job then… his helper dug it out. Seems like the lowest guy on the totem pole at this company has more sense and decency than the installers and ‘managers’ that were at my house. I called them to ask nicely why there is an extension cord in my attic. She said she would talk to the mangers at get back to me….its been almost 2 weeks. I’ll call again tomorrow

Our experience getting our water heater issue diagnosed, purchased and replaced was extraordinary! We received an immediate response to our issue and the technician was available sooner than expected.The expertise, skills, understanding, factual information and efficiency demonstrated by Javier Salazar were second to no one!
