The technician who arrived at my house was not only punctual but also incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He very carefully assessed the situation, explaining the issues with my old unit and providing me with clear and transparent options for a new one. His expertise was evident, and he patiently answered all my and my wife's questions, ensuring we understood the process. I should like to add that my wife and I have doctorate degrees in technical fields, so we had what by all measures were challenging technical questions about the equipment and the process. The technician was knowledgeable, thorough, and detailed in his answers. Giving us both a sense of confidence that we were working with an expert professional.

Another thing that truly stood out was the exceptional level of service they provided during the installation. The team went above and beyond to ensure everything was done to the highest standard. They treated my home with respect, taking care not to leave any mess behind, which I really appreciated. They wore booties and placed matting throughout so as to not damage my floor, they were exceptionally careful.

Aside from their professionalism, the technicians were genuinely friendly and approachable. Their positive attitude and demeanor made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. It's evident that they take great pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers.

Regarding the price, I was pleasantly surprised when I received the quote for the new unit. Stan's offered prices that were significantly lower than what I expected, having done research on expected prices. We received top-notch service at a very reasonable price.

Stan’s was amazing! My rent house’s A/C went down in this sweltering hot summer and Stan’s was there the same day even though it was the weekend. They diagnosed the problem and put refrigerant in. Unfortunately, the leak was too big and the house started heating up again. I called Stan’s and they were honest that another dose of refrigerant would just be a waste of money. On Monday morning they were at the house again, gave me a quote to fix the problem and by Tuesday morning we had cold air. I have used them for plumbing issues too. They are fast and very reliable. We had a leak in our front yard and had no water pressure in the house. Stan's was the only plumber to respond the same day and Javier did excellent work finding and fixing the leak. He was knowledgeable, courteus and professional. We had used Stan's before and we will definitely use Stan's again for plumbing needs!

I live in Pflugerville, TX. The AC unit in my house stopped working in the late evening of July 29th, 2023. I called Stan's and they sent a technician to my house next day, which was Sunday. Prince or Perce? Sorry that I forgot his first name. He is VERY good and fixed the problem quickly. Originally, I thought it was caused by the capacitor. He checked it and said the capacitor is good and there is no need to replace it. The problem was caused by fuse. He changed the fuse and only charged me $96. This is really got me surprised. He could over charge me for much more because I have no clue about AC units. BTW, it was on Sunday. In those days, every place charges customer off limits. But Stan's does not. I would like to give the company and the technician 5/5 for the review. I will highly recommend using Stan's if you have AC issue. They treat their customer right. Best, Sherry

Our AC unit went out and it was under a 10 year parts warranty. They came out and took 5 minutes to diagnose it. They replaced the part in less than 15-20 minutes and charged $200 labor for the part that was under warranty. Feels like robbery. For something that didn't take that long, that is a lot of money. A friend of mine, who I will go with next time, says they charge $89 for labor. Stan's is ridiculous.

Steve came out after another local plumber left us for 5 days with a hole in the kitchen floor from drilling a hole for a new wall and hit a main line, Steve had to come back on Saturday with another team member , they repaired the line in local building code. The other plumber wanted to just solder the line but under the slab has to be Hard solder or the risk of damage to the slab is too great.
Gave both plumbers a tip $20.. to go buy lunch, Steve bought a cup of lemonade from a little girl Accross the street that had her first lemonade stand , he gave her the entire Tip . WOW great service and fantastic employees. Stan’s plumbing has both.
