We are very happy with the service that Strategic Air provided from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. Jerry did our initial assessment of our old hvac system and provided us with a qoute as well as educated us on what we needed to know. We felt the company was fair in price and didn't feel pressure to purchase anything we didn't need. Scheduling and service was easy and fast. The team including Ricky as the lead were very respectful and efficient in our home to get everything installed in a timely manner. Over all we highly recommend this company.

Adam and his assistant arrived on time with smiles to perform the spring (nearly summer!) check on our A/C unit. They were friendly and competent. Everything went as expected. This was our 2nd scheduled service with Strategic Air and we give them 5 stars!!

We've been using Strategic Air for our HVAC in our AirBNB and couldn't be more grateful for their service. Adam was able to diagnose the problem with our ceiling Cossette unit and recommended a mini split. Between him and Jerry they were able to put together exactly what we needed for a reliable HVAC system. Both of them were very professional and easy to work with which made the process go as smoothly as possible. We were in a huge hurry to get this mini split installed since it is a rental and we were losing money on it, so thankfully they were able to send out Isaac and his team the very next day. They finished everything in a day and were all great. I would highly recommend Strategic Air to any of our family and friends because of their exceptional customer service and honesty.

We had a great experience using Strategic Air for the first time for a mini split replacement. Ryan was super quick to respond and installed the unit on the same day. We will definitely be using them again.

We've used Strategic Air Services a couple of times. The first time was a straightforward A/C unit replacement, and went off without a hitch. We liked the company even though they weren't the lowest price, and went with them. We were very happy. So when our other unit went out, we didn't bother calling around again, we just went back to Strategic. The second time had a few hiccups, and that's where Strategic Air really showed their stripes - they IMMEDIATELY stepped up and made everything "right". It took more than one visit to do so; and they invariably came when promised, kept us informed of progress in getting parts, etc. and took five star care of us. Anyone can do a great job; it's when there's a problem that a company's ethics shows up, and Strategic Air is the BEST at being professional, correcting when the need exists, and showing that they truly care about the customer. My contact Ryan has said more than once "if you're not 100% satisfied, just call me back and we'll make it right." What more can you ask? Responsiveness, professionalism (from office AND techs), and management that supports their team - just the type of company I'm happy to do business with! I'm pretty tough as a reviewer - so trust me when I say to not bother shopping around and just go with Strategic Air!
