Our client, Ekaterina Gumnova, reached out to us seeking help for her mother’s balcony, which had seen better days and was no longer usable due to damaged screens.
The Before: A Challenging Situation
When we first arrived at the Hallandale home, it was clear that the existing screens had taken quite a beating. The damage not only limited the functionality of the balcony but also posed issues with pesky bugs and debris. This was a space that should have been enjoyed, but instead, it was more of a burden for Ekaterina’s mother. Understanding the importance of a safe and pleasant outdoor area, Ekaterina contacted our team for a solution.
Our Approach: Care and Quality
Upon our arrival, we assessed the situation carefully. Refael, one of our skilled professionals, took the lead in explaining the repair process to Ekaterina. We provided a range of options tailored to their needs, ensuring they felt informed and comfortable with every decision. This level of transparency is something we prioritize in every project.
Using top-notch materials, we set to work on repairing the screens. Our team was efficient, completing the job quickly and without leaving a mess behind. We understand the importance of a clean worksite, especially in residential areas, which is why we ensured everything was tidied up before we left.
The After: A Space Reimagined
Once the screens were installed, the transformation was remarkable. The balcony now offered a comfortable space where Ekaterina’s mother could relax without worries about bugs or mess. The quality of the materials we used was evident, and the new screens made the balcony look as good as new.
> “I couldn’t be happier with the results! Refael is a great professional, and he took good care of the entire process, very efficient. The screens now look as good as new, and my mom can finally enjoy her balcony without worrying about bugs or debris.” – Ekaterina Gumnova
