AC Installation: From Idea to Reality

AC Installation: From Idea to Reality At Tapps Electric, we pride ourselves on transforming homes and enhancing comfort through our HVAC services. Recently, we had the pleasure of assisting a local homeowner, Scott Thomson, who was looking to add air conditioning to his home. After receiving multiple quotes and running into various challenges, Scott reached out to our team. The Challenge Scott's journey began with frustration. He had already contacted three other contractors, all of whom presented limitations on what was possible. Some suggested he couldn't add air conditioning without replacing his entire furnace system, while others proposed subpar equipment solutions. Scott was understandably disheartened by the lack of solutions, which led him to call us for a fresh perspective. Our Approach Upon receiving Scott's call, we quickly scheduled a visit. Our experienced technician, Dave Ross, responded promptly to assess the situation. From the start, Dave took the time to truly listen to Scott's needs and explained the various options available, offering a transparent quote for the ideal system that would fit his home without any unnecessary additions. After Scott approved the proposal, our dedicated team, including Zachary and the rest of our skilled electricians, went to work a few weeks later. We understand how crucial it is to keep a home comfortable during warm months, so we were committed to ensuring the installation was completed timely and efficiently. Overcoming Obstacles During the installation, we encountered some minor logistical challenges — typical in HVAC projects where multiple systems are involved. However, our team tackled these head-on with their expertise and problem-solving skills, ensuring Scott’s system was installed flawlessly and tailored to his specific needs. The Result The finished project was a complete success. Scott now enjoys a comfortable home with a professionally installed AC system that meets both his expectations and comfort level. Scott was thrilled with our service, stating: > “...They did what two of the other installers said couldn't be done. Don't get ripped off, give Tapps a call and support your local business. I won't hesitate to give them a call when the furnace and hot water eventually kick the bucket.” — Scott Thomson Conclusion At Tapps Electric, we believe in delivering not just service but also trust and integrity to our clients.
