Pre-Winter HVAC Check Success
Pre-Winter HVAC Check Success
As the chill of winter approaches in Fort Worth, ensuring that your HVAC system is ready to perform is essential. Recently, we had the opportunity to assist a valued customer, Colleen S., who turned to us for a pre-winter check on her HVAC system. Her experience showcases our commitment to maintaining home comfort and reliability with our HVAC services.
The Before: Concerns About Winter Readiness
Colleen reached out to us with a pressing need; she wanted to ensure her HVAC unit was in top shape before the cold weather set in. Knowing this is an important step to prevent issues during winter, she booked an appointment with our team. Our customer was particularly concerned about securing her outdoor condenser and ensuring her system was running efficiently.
We understand how impactful a properly functioning HVAC system is, especially as temperatures drop. Colleen's proactive approach was commendable, but little did she know the deeper issues waiting to be resolved.
The Transformation: Thorough Inspection and Repair
Our technician Seth arrived promptly for Colleenās scheduled pre-winter check. We pride ourselves on thorough inspections, and thatās exactly what Seth delivered. During the assessment, he not only bolted down the outdoor condenser but also uncovered electrical issues that required immediate attention.
Colleen later recounted:
> "Seth from the HVAC team was very thorough and found electrical issues with the HVAC system that needed to be remedied. I am very glad this was found early before the weather became really cold."
This thorough approach allowed us to address potential problems before they could escalate, ensuring that Colleenās home would remain warm and comfortable.
Recognizing the additional electrical concerns, Seth informed Colleen that we also offer electrical and plumbing services. This led her to schedule another appointment with Dakota, our electrician. He impressed her with not just his professional demeanor but his patience in resolving the electrical issues identified during the HVAC inspection.
The After: Comprehensive Solutions in One Company
By the end of our visits, Colleen experienced significant improvements. Not only had we resolved her main HVAC issue, but Dakota also addressed several other smaller electrical tasks on her list, ensuring that Colleen's home was not just winter-ready but safe and functional.
Colleen expressed her satisfaction and newfound appreciation for our extensive service offering:
> "This is very convenient to have one company take care of 3 areas: HVAC, Electrical, & Plumbing."
The convenience of having a single contractor for multiple home service needs is a true value we offer at Team Enoch. Our dedication to customer satisfaction and quality service shines through in every project we undertake.

From Old to New: Nest Doorbell Success
From Old to New: Nest Doorbell Success
At Team Enoch, we take pride in transforming our clients' homes to enhance their comfort and functionality. Recently, we had the pleasure of partnering with a past customer who wanted to upgrade their very old doorbell to a state-of-the-art Nest doorbell. This project presented a unique set of challenges, but we were excited to tackle them head-on.
The Before: A Complicated Challenge
When our client reached out to us, they were dealing with an outdated doorbell that was integrated with a very old intercom system. Although the intercom served as a radio broadcast system, it was no longer in regular use. The client sought our help to replace this antiquated doorbell with a modern Nest system that would provide enhanced features and connectivity.
Our team knew from the onset that this wouldn't be a straightforward installation due to the complexities of the aging intercom system. However, we were committed to delivering a solution that would meet our client's needs while ensuring a seamless transition.
The Transformation Process
Initially, we sent out one of our electricians to handle the installation. Unfortunately, this technician faced unforeseen issues; the old transformer connected to the doorbell was blown during the process. Understanding how important this upgrade was for our customer, we quickly took action to rectify the situation.
The very next day, we dispatched a second more experienced technician specialized in Nest installations to resolve the issues. This electrician installed a new transformer and was determined to set up the Nest doorbell correctly.
However, as is often the case with older systems, complications arose. The existing intercom system ceased to function properly during the installation, leading us to disable it altogether as our client had not been using it frequently. Additionally, we faced compatibility challenges with the new Nest bell and the existing chime system.
While these setbacks were disappointing, they weren't a reflection of our commitment; instead, they highlighted our team's dedication to quality service and customer satisfaction.
The After: Success Through Commitment
Despite the initial hurdles, our team successfully installed the new Nest doorbell, bringing a modern touch to the client's entryway. Our customer's satisfaction remains our top priority, and we were pleased to hear their positive response:
> "Mistakes do happen but what matters is when folks are honest and promise to get them right. This is what Team Enoch did and I appreciate them for that."
This review encapsulates not just the outcome of our work but also our commitment to accountability and exceptional service. We are proud to have built a reputation in Fort Worth as a trustworthy HVAC service provider, consistently going above and beyond to meet our clientsā expectations.
