Avi and his team were such a pleasure to work with. They were timely, worked quickly and efficiently. I appreciated how involved Avi was and always kept me in the loop with all the home projects especially when I was out of town. They were professional and great at what they do. Avi was very helpful with decision-making and his team was very collaborative and gave me great insight on different opinions which, for someone like me who is indecisive, was needed! I knew house renovations weren't going to be easy, but Teamwork sure made it feel that way haha. They finished the renovation before my family came into town and they had their cleaning crew come in to make everything look good as new. I will definitely be keeping their contact in my phone for future projects!

It was a pleasure working with Shaked and the entire team at Teamwork Home Designs. We undertook an extensive interior renovation--including three bathrooms, a full kitchen, new flooring throughout, and converting part of a room into a home office--and Shaked and his team were exceptional at every stage of the process.

Shaked kept us regularly informed with weekly updates outlining the general plan, and he shared progress photos almost daily. He was consistently proactive, often anticipating our needs and addressing issues before they even reached our attention. For example:

When a toilet arrived broken during delivery--a fact we didn't discover until a month later--Shaked had already noticed the damage, picked up a replacement from Home Depot, and installed it, all before we were even made aware of the issue.

When our selected tiles were delayed due to a backorder, Shaked adjusted his schedule, went to a different supplier on a Saturday to meet our availability, and completed the tile installation the following week.

When we encountered delays with permits from Travis County (pro tip: allow at least 3-4 months for permitting there), Shaked kept the project moving, guiding us through the process and helping us connect with the right officials to expedite approvals.

These are just a few examples--there were many other instances where his problem-solving and professionalism made a real difference. Remarkably, despite the permit and material delays, the team still completed the renovation within the originally estimated timeline. From conversations with others who have gone through remodels, we know that's a rare achievement.

All in all, we are extremely pleased with our experience and highly recommend Teamwork Home Designs to anyone considering a home remodel or construction project.

We just finished a renovation in our living room with Teamwork Home Designs, we added a wall to enclose an electric fireplace with a TV on top. Shaked Gulasa did a great work managing the project and answering all my questions and concerns. They gave me a 3 week timeline and finished in 2, the whole process and communication was very straightforward with no delays. We are very happy with the results.
