If you are in the market to overhaul or upgrade your HVAC, don’t waste your time with other contractors get a quote from Tetra. I can guarantee Tetra will be cheaper and they have streamlined the process (Job was quoted, Financed through MASSAVE, installed in less than 2 weeks)

Tetra did a wonderful job with the mini-split system they installed. The install team was very accommodating and willing to work with us in the design stage. The installation itself was quick and painless. Finally, Tetra make is super easy to apply for the rebates and takes away the guess work. I highly recommend them for any heat pump/mini-split work you want done.

Tetra installed our minisplit system last year. The installers did a great job and Tetra was great to work with throughout. Tetra's staff were immediately accessible when I had questions or needed guidance with documents necessary for rebates, a no-interest loan, and warranties. Tetra's experts on mini-splits and hybrid electric water heaters provided essential guidance as I had no prior knowledge regarding these kinds of appliances. I did lots of comparison research and remember in particular how respectfully their hybrid electric water heater expert shared the pros and cons of water heaters that Tetra offered and didn't offer. I felt like their staff were truly interested in helping us get the best possible results for our home. Another way of stating this: I always felt that I was working with expert consultants and not sales people out to make a buck. I recommend this company highly and without reservation.

Tetra has been wonderful to work with. The installation process was very smooth. The best part, though, has been the ongoing customer service. If we ever have a problem or a question, they are incredibly responsive, and they get it taken care of very quickly. I highly recommend working with them.

Got minisplit heads and condenser units through tetra for a home we had recently purchased as part of the MassSave efficiency upgrade program. The minisplit/condenser install was fast and the prices were competitive, but it seems they were competitive for a reason.
First the WiFi adapters for the minisplit heads to enable a thermostat "schedule" took two months after system installation to be delivered. The beginning two weeks of that time consisted of sending phone, email and text messages to our "project lead" and receiving no response. After going through two levels of the customer service chain to reach him again, he refused to honor the installation date in our contract and told me there would be an indefinite wait while their warehouse sourced the adapters they had sold us. Adapters were on consumer facing Amazon and specialty home supply stores with the same serial/part number for less than what we had agreed to on our contact at the time. From our perspective he just refused to investigate other avenues to source and solve the issue, then he stopped talking to us! The whole dance took two months to finish.
Right when I thought we were done and could put this behind us two out of our six (30% failure rate!!!) minisplit heads have stopped producing adjustments to the air entirely. One unit spits actual solid ice out of the air vents whenever we turned it on and the other unit makes a clicking noise like a playing card through bicycle spokes at full speed. The ice-producing unit is in our office is throwing up all over our books and computers making our choice between either an unusably wet (wood floored room so, great!) or unusably hot space. The unit making the finger-snap loud constant clicking is in our bedroom, meaning we can't have it on while we sleep. I hate to say it but both rooms which we use a ton have so far been degraded rather than improved by our large investment.
Tetra isn't Meat Loaf; losing 1/3 of our HVAC capacity within 2 months after an already rough install is pretty bad. They claim to be the road by which we should pursue a replacement with Carrier for the defective units, but we've been told that our "project lead" will also handle this part of our account and the communication issues have persisted. "Project lead" initially sent an evaluator out, but we're now into week two with no update to our request for service aside from a single request for availability with two days notice that he never followed up on.
What's going on? You guys let marketing send me cards telling me I should have my home inspected for new HVAC projects, but won't send someone to fix the one you already did. Your techs/installers are attentive and professional when doing work on my property, but navigating the office bureaucracy through our "lead" to obtain the services of the techs/installers and get answers has been thoroughly nightmarish.
I hope I can raise this rating in the future based on a better experience and more, higher quality communication.
