Transforming Comfort: HVAC Success

Transforming Comfort: HVAC Success At TG Skyles Heating and Cooling, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional HVAC solutions tailored to our customers' needs. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with Travis Gooding on his vintage 1940s home in Salem, OR, where he sought our expertise for a new Mitsubishi system installation. The Challenge: A Vintage Home with Modern Needs When Travis first contacted us, he was dealing with a blank thermostat, which left him in the dark about his home’s heating and cooling operations. After an initial consultation about a year earlier, our technician Ryan discovered some questionable wiring that required repair. We addressed the issue promptly; Travis appreciated our meticulous approach and felt confident moving forward with our services. Fast forward to his recent inquiry, Travis wanted to upgrade his home's HVAC system—an exciting project that required careful planning to ensure harmony with his home's vintage character while providing modern comfort. Our Approach: Listening and Collaborating Understanding the unique challenges posed by older homes is part of our expertise. During our consultation, we made sure to listen to all of Travis's specific demands and preferences. Our team is committed to fostering open communication, ensuring that our clients feel heard every step of the way. We discussed the installation of a Mitsubishi system that would meet his climate control needs without compromising the integrity of his 1940s home. Our experienced technicians walked him through the options available and what he could expect during the installation process. The Transformation: A New HVAC System Once we received the green light from Travis, our skilled technicians got to work. The installation included: - Sizing the system adequately for optimal efficiency. - Installing state-of-the-art ductless Mitsubishi units, perfect for maintaining comfort in vintage spaces. - Ensuring all electrical connections were up to code, guaranteeing safety and reliability. Throughout the process, we maintained our commitment to punctuality and professionalism, arriving on time and keeping Travis informed about our progress. The Result: Customer Satisfaction Our goal is always to ensure our clients are thrilled with the results, and Travis was no exception. Here's what he had to say about his experience with us: > “Big supporter of MA and PA businesses!! I've called them twice now... super easy to talk to and listened to all of my 'demands'... 2 thumbs up, would recommend him to anyone and am excited to find an old fashioned HVAC company that thinks about the customer first!” We love that our work not only improves our clients' home comfort but also builds lasting relationships.
