Transforming Spaces: Exhaust Fan Install

Transforming Spaces: Exhaust Fan Install At The Circuit Tree, we take pride in delivering exceptional electrical solutions that enhance the safety and livability of our client's homes. Recently, we had the fantastic opportunity to work with Sarah T. on her duplex in the heart of Chicago, where we tackled the installation of two bathroom exhaust fans—an endeavor that proved both rewarding and transformative. The Challenge: Complicated Installations When Sarah first reached out to us, she was facing a challenge with the ventilation in her bathrooms. Previous contractors had informed her that installing exhaust fans in her specific duplex layout would be impossible. Feeling discouraged but hopeful, she contacted our team for a second opinion. Understanding how crucial proper ventilation is for bathroom spaces, we quickly arranged a visit to assess the situation. Our skilled technician, Jeremy, conducted a thorough evaluation of the existing setup, and to Sarah's delight, he assured her that installing exhaust fans was indeed possible. The Transformation Process Our team got to work on the installation, which involved careful planning and execution. Here’s how we approached the project: 1. Assessment and Planning: Jeremy first mapped out the best locations for the fans, considering both functionality and aesthetics. 2. Professional Installation: With the right tools and materials at hand, we ensured that each fan was fitted securely and efficiently. 3. Ensuring Cleanliness: We understand that home renovations can be disruptive. Our team was meticulous, ensuring that the workspace was clean and tidy throughout the process. 4. Communication and Walk-Throughs: We kept Sarah informed every step of the way, providing clear explanations of what we were doing and why. The Results: Exceeding Expectations Once the installations were complete, the transformation was remarkable. Sarah noted that the performance of the new fans greatly improved the air quality in her bathrooms, alleviating humidity issues that had been a concern for years. The feedback from Sarah encapsulated our commitment to quality and customer service: > “Jeremy did a fantastic job on installing two bathroom exhaust fans in our complicated duplex. We had been told before that exhaust fans could not be installed in our bathrooms but we decided to get another opinion. Jeremy came out to our home to assess the units. We were thrilled when he said that he could do it. He walked us through the process, several times. The installations came out better than we could have hoped for. We were so impressed with him that we decided to hire him for the installation of a kitchen exhaust. Aside from his workmanship, Jeremy is friendly, professional, responsive, and clean. You will be in good hands on any job you hire him for.” — Sarah T. A Lasting Impact Encouraged by her satisfaction, Sarah soon decided to hire our team again for the installation of her kitchen exhaust fan.
