Setpoint was quick to respond, arrive, and really went above and beyond to get the job done well while keeping costs at the service call level of cost.

I needed to have a spigot installed at our home in Point Venture. Josh with Setpoint was amazing! He completed the job very quickly and professionally - and I didn't even need to be preset. I am extremely happy with Setpoint. They are my go-to plumber from this point forward!

I had been struggling to get help replacing my leaking water heater for two days when a friend recommended Setpoint. 24 hours after the first phone call, the work was completed and I was taking hot showers again. They were courteous and knowledgeable and I was very happy with their work.

TLDR: they are awesome and you should use them. They arrive on time, are professional, are friendly, explain anything you ask without making you feel dumb, and respond to messages with lighting speed. Oh and they were cheaper than every other option with the best warranty.

I will start with the thing most me care about. The price. They came in a few grand cheaper than the next bid. Even though the next closest bid was for a 4ton ruud with a 10yr part and 2yr labor warranty vs the 5ton York and 10yr parts and labor and inceeasing my return volume. The other difference is the other companies didn't give a cost break down. SetPoint did. Plus they let me ask for options, bith adding and subtracting what i did or did not want or need. This made it feel much more above board and like they were 1 size fits alling things or trying to obscure their profit.

Professionalism. These guys take pride in their work. Alex and Don both were amazing and talked with respect. They also left their work place cleaner than they found it. Also, they made very minimal noise. I was on work calls all day and nobody had a clue i was having my a/c replaced. Also, the owner drove to my house to say hello and inspect the work at 8pm on a friday, to my house in bastrop.

Accessibility. From the start they were more accessible and friendly than any competitors. I called them on the Sunday before labor day and they had Alex on site within the hour. Which is impressive as again i live near bastrop. He walked me through issues with my system and various options. Then i receieved the 3 quotes within 2 hrs. I asked for a 4th and got it within an hour. Even though it was later in the night. That's one of the things that struck me the most. Every message i sent to them was responded to within 2hrs. Even my dumb questions in the middle of the night. Another thing was Yamel wouldn't bs me. If he wasn't sure about something he would tell me. That went along way to make it feel like i was dealing with a company that seems to genuinely care about their customers.

As such, i can't help but to give them a 5 star rating. I have little doubt if i have some unforseen issue they'll work it out with me in a more than fair manner.

Since my first review up there. I had a refrigerant leak and they came out to replace my coils. This was done with only a charge to come out after hours. The rest was free as it was covered under warranty.

Andrew R who came out cared. Really really cared. He even offered to come over on his own time to top off my refrigerant before the weekend so my family and i could have some release from the heat. He was super polite and extremely professional. Still extremely happy i used SetPoint

Had an issue with my A/C. the owner and i had a disagreement over it. That said i would still 100% recommend this group. He went the extra mile to ensure things got repaired and even came out himself to ensure I wasnt making things up.

Its easy to have customer service when everything is going well. It is a real mark of customer service when you have issues and are losing money to still do the right thing. I can say that they did the right thing.

Setpoint is a life saver. My AC went out and the came and setup a brand new unit outside and inside in the same day a a great price. their team is professional and I would recommend them to anyone.
