Nash came out to diagnose a leak under my sink and replace the diverters in my shower. He was quick, friendly, and did a great job. I've also used them before for a burst pipe and it was a comparably great experience then as well

Plumbers Guild is the best! They are quick to respond and quick to fix.

EDIT: Well this is a first for me! Original glowing review at the bottom. Going to start by saying Nash continues to be a good, straightforward guy…COREY on the other hand, might be too prideful for his own good. So a year later, I found a wet spot in my ceiling. I call these guys back because I quite enjoyed their work. Nash and another gentleman showed up. Turned out that the wet spot in my garage was likely caused by a leak from the roof. $250 diagnostic and a hole in my ceiling, fine, whatever. They also mentioned on the way out that my water heater is old and is crucially in need of replacing. Fine, I like these guys, I’ll do my research and have them service.
I go upstairs when they leave and what should I find but that same tub that was leaking last year is now leaking again! I’d been giving baths to my son in that tub with no issue all year. So I call the plumbers back with this new issue, hoping that they’d come back and just simply reverse what they did to make this happen in the first place. Good ole Corey on the phone first suggested I’d have to pay ANOTHER $250 diagnostic since it was a “separate visit,” and $700 total for the valve (which was $600 when we first spoke about it right after.)
I wasn’t suggesting that Nash broke the dang stem on purpose to get more business, but Corey sure as heck wouldn’t budge on the notion that maybe his guys put too much stress on my water system and exacerbated an issue that they maybe never fixed in the first place. Needless to say, I called someone who said they’d charge me a third of the price and I will also be working with them on a nice $3000-$6000 gig to replace our water heater. Thanks for the suggestion, guys!
If I service a place, I leave it as close to 1 as it was when I got there. Apparently that costs extra with “the Guild.”
ORIGINAL REVIEW: I’m copying and pasting what I put in their online survey because the man was that good: Nash was straightforward with me, fixed the problem in a second [edit: actual time was 30 minutes,] and even did a further demo diagnostic after I asked. The other guys will try to tell you that you need to spend $1800 to replace the entire valve system, even when you’re explaining that it’s one bad stem. I will be coming back to the Guild versus the other guys going forward.
