We sent a Certified Letter with a Return Receipt to their office, which was successfully delivered and signed for. Despite their confirmed receipt of this legal notice, they have remained silent.

Due to their refusal to communicate, I am proceeding with a formal complaints with the California DFPI (Case #CN0042204) and the Attorney General.

To the business owner: Ignoring a certified legal notice doesn't make the matter go away. We have the timestamped photos proving the job wasn't finished when you claimed it was, and we have the proof of two Pixel-for-pixel identical signatures on both invoices. We will see this through with law enforcement and state regulators.

To the public: If they won't answer a certified letter from a customer they charged $45800, they won't answer you when things go wrong. Stay away.

We had a emergency leak in the house and called Rooter company. They came out on a Saturday night. I was impressed. Next day was Easter Sunday , but Monday morning they were here ready to work. Leo, Zack, and Andy the crew were very respectful, very clean, very efficient they were in they knew what they were doing. they did their job and they did it an excellent job . They were on time and left with the house clean. left no debris of their work. It's perfect company, I would suggest hiring them anytime. actually we're gonna use them again. I would give this company a ten but they're only asking for five stars.

Great service. Hayden came out and he fixed clogged landscape drains with roots. I highly recommend this company.

Just had Michael, with The Rooter Company, come out to clear my kitchen drain. He texted me when he would be arriving and was actually early! He was friendly and professional and explained everything to me before he started the work.
I hope I don't have another clogged drain, but I will certainly be calling The Rooter Company and asking for Michael to stop by again if i do!
