Kevin came by our house and did two quality repairs in a very reasonable time. He was professional, neat and thorough. Office manager Angie was very helpful. She got my issues addressed quickly and for a fair price.

Called to request a tech to come out and check my water heater. Was told they were booked up but that they would see if a tech on another job was going to finish early. Next thing I know (literally less than 30 minutes later), Kevin and Oscar showed up. Right from the start, their appearance, professionalism and friendliness put me at ease. Kevin checked on the water heater and let me know it was a bad sensor and gave me options. Was very up front that he could order a new sensor but since my heater was 12 years old, it could just lead to more problems with other parts of the heater in the coming months. Suggested a new water heater and was very up front that they don't work on commission so the decision was mine. He understood that I could do it myself so he gave me some references for good water heaters and some places (other than the typical box stores) that offer good prices on quality water heaters.
It's nice to know that there are still reputable companies that aren't trying to scam you all the time. After using another company for years that began to try to scam me all the time, Tony's will be the only place I use. I was referred by a friend who has used Tony's for a while and I can see why.
Kevin and Oscar were great and represented the company very well.

I had Tony's plumbing come out to replace my old toilet with a new one that I had purchased myself. They gave me a basic quote over the phone for the cost if there were no problems. George and Oscar were the plumbers that came out to do the job. They were professional in every way and did a great job. The price was actually lower than the phone quote by $15. During the installation they added a steel flex hose and two beeswax seals in the installation process, but luckily I did not need a new flange or an extension. I did not need wedges for leveling. They did not charge me extra for the hose or the seals. My toilet, which I provided, did come with a beeswax seal, but he said it was not adequate and they provided their own. I like the fact they did not try to charge me extra for the seals or the hose because those are a typical part of a toilet replacement, but they could have charged me for the one extra beeswax seal.
One reason I did not want to do the replacement myself is the old toilet was mounted on top of tile (I made sure it was on top and not in-between) with grout around it and under it and I was worried about leveling due to the fact the old grout was about one fourth of an inch above the surface of the tile and needed to be removed, and the need for possible use of wedges for proper leveling. They did not want to remove the old grout due to the possibility of being responsible for breaking the tiles, but I really did not like that since the proper leveling of the toilet was way more important to me than a broken tile. But luckily they gave me the time to chip the grout away myself and I was able to do this is just a few minutes, providing a nice level surface for the toilet to be mounted to. That worked for me.
Toilet works fine, no leaks and does not wobble.

First shower fixed with a new shower panel. Second was a different problem. The diverter switching water between tub and shower died. Kevin brought a new fixture that avoided excess destruction and looks great. Really appreciate the promptness of the work, and especially the professionalism and quality. Thank you Kevin.
