I highly recommend TropiCool! I needed a complete duct replacement, and Brady, the owner, responded immediately—even on a Sunday morning. Before contacting TropiCool, I had received seven quotes. Before I bought this mobile it had been remodeled from a three-bedroom to a two-bedroom, and I was struggling to cool the front part of the house where the remodel occurred. I repeatedly told other companies I was missing a duct, but no one could pinpoint the issue.

One company mentioned rust but couldn’t find the missing duct. Then Juan, TropiCool’s work foreman, came out and located the elusive duct immediately and discovered it wasn’t capped and had significant rust. TropiCool quoted me a price that was less than half of what other companies had offered.

Brady was incredibly easy to talk to, and Juan and his crew spent an entire day correcting previous installation mistakes and installing a fully new duct system. They were thorough, professional, and respectful, taking the time to answer all my questions clearly and without any trace of attitude.

If you’re a woman, this company is an excellent choice. I never felt taken advantage of or pressured into buying something I didn’t need. For example, one company tried to upsell me on a completely new mini-split system costing over $15,000—nice, but not realistic on a fixed income, and I had just bought a brand-new heat pump a year ago. Instead, TropiCool respected my budget and needs. I felt valued throughout the entire process, with no condescension or gimmicks.

Now, my new duct system is properly installed, and my year-old 3-ton unit can finally do its job. The difference in my home’s comfort and cleanliness is night and day! I can’t say enough good things about TropiCool—this was an exceptionally positive experience!

I recently had the pleasure of using Tropi Cool Air Conditioning and Heating for a repair on my A/C unit, and I couldn't be happier with their service. From start to finish, they provided excellent service, demonstrating both efficiency and honesty.

First and foremost, the technicians were prompt and arrived on time, which I greatly appreciated. They quickly diagnosed the issue with my A/C unit and explained the problem in a clear and understandable manner. What stood out to me was their honesty in presenting the options available for repair. Our AC unit was acting up late Saturday night and by Sunday morning we knew we were in trouble--we called Tropicool early Sunday morning and Brady responded within minutes--he was at the house by 10:30 am and in minutes told us the problem with a couple of options--we opted to replace our unit and were given a very fair price--a technician was out later Sunday for measurements and today, Monday, Matt & Jay, our technicians were here to install the unit--tonight we are relaxing in our cool home. I can't say enough about Brady, Matt & Jay as well as the tech who came Sunday night, They were all very pleasant, professional and obviously take pride in their hard work. Our AC went out at 6pm on Wednesday night and we reached out to multiple people. Brady responded to my husband at 10pm that night that he could come check out in the AM. He showed up at 830 and had my AC up and running by 10am. I would recommend him to anyone with a solid need for a quick response.
