I appreciate TropiCool Air Conditioning and Heating. The first quote I got was about $20k to replace our Heat Pump. TropiCool provided a much better quote, saving us thousands of dollars. Thanks again!

I would use Brady @ TropiCool again!
He responds immediately and to every text message we exchanged.
He came to our appt on time. And explained each step thoroughly.
His team worked quickly to resolve the issue.
I appreciate the 3 options offered and the pricing was fair.
I would definitely recommend him to family and neighbors.
TY Brady!

Was quickly available to come check out my units vibration noises and assess the issue. Gave me the repair versus mew unit option with fair pricing. Would recommend!

Brady is one great dude, with a highly reputable service. We called him out on super short notice on a Monday, after a storm. We were desperate for help and house temps were 85 degrees. Brady fit us in, even having to drive across the valley. Not only would I recommend him, but we also ended up having a bunch in common, and potentially setup a someday fishing trip in Key West! š Super friendly guy, fast/prompt service, and gets the job done. What else can you ask for?

So I had them come back to check my ac that stopped working after a few months that they inspected and said was just low on coolant. The tech came in as my system was back on and informed me that since it was running again they couldn't check what was wrong with it and left. 30 minutes later the system completely went out. I decided I learned my lesson and went elsewhere. Turns out that my blower went out. Missed out on a nice job because they couldn't even be bothered to do a routine inspection. I would pass on them since obviously they missed my system needing repairs a few months ago and didn't want to check on a customer that came back to them.
I genuinely would think twice about calling them, something doesn't seem quite right with how they operate. I wasn't asking for anything to be free.
In response to the owner, you just told on yourself. I didn't allow you in the house? Isn't that why I called you? If I remember correctly you said " I can feel the cold air from here, so I don't need to go in". Where was the refusal? As for an inspection isn't that what it's for? So that I don't run into a problem later? If something dies a few months later in my mind there's usually tell tale signs that a PROFESSIONAL would pick up on. Any person with integrity would say let me check to see if we missed anything or if something isn't up to snuff. That's what I was expecting, for you to say hey let me go see what I find. You make it seem like it was a year or even 6 months. So again reread what you say, in this world people stand by what they do or they don't. You seem to be the latter. Why on earth would I waste my time calling you again when YOU couldn't be bothered. Maybe learn to communicate and not try to be petty. Own it and don't lie. We both know you outright refused to come in, I even gave you another chance by asking are you sure? You said again " it's like a car in order for us to diagnose it, it needs to be doing it." Where was the refusal? C'mon now.
