Ultimate Remodel completed two bathroom remodeling jobs for us. Let me just tell you - there is no better remodeling company in Northern Virginia. Tunc (the owner of the company) and his employees are quintessential professionals. His prices are extremely fair and he is the ultimate professional. They take you through the entire process from selection of materials to completion. They get the job done on time and on budget; and they are a pleasure to work with. If you need a remodeling job done and you need it done right, then give them a call. Not only do I recommend them - they received the 2018 Best of Houzz Service award and the 2017 Angie's List Super Service Award. Thank you Tunc for doing such a great job!

We were very satisfied with the work they did, that is until the final check was written and they no longer cared about customer service. The smoke detector/carbon monoxide detector that they installed started malfunctioning immediately. When we contacted Tunc, the owner of Ultimate Remodel, to have it repaired/replaced, he did not believe it was malfunctioning and later the company claimed that there was slight carbon monoxide emissions in our house that was causing the alarm to trigger. Even after having the fire department come out to our house and confirm that there was absolutely no carbon monoxide, they would not replace the device. In fact, they refuse to even answer an email. Furthermore, the grout in the kitchen where they installed new tile has cracked - more than once. The first time this happened was just months after installation which they did agree to fix. However, it cracked again just months after being fixed. They are no longer responding to any request to correct their poor workmanship.
My recommendation would either be to choose another company all together or make sure that EVERYTHING is perfect before you pay them since they will leave you high and dry after they get paid.

Tunch and his crew were wonderful! We did a complete master bathroom remodel and are thrilled with the end results. Money very well spent. Job was finished within the timeline and no changes to budget. Tunch is diligent about staying in communication with you and very responsive. He also has superb taste and had some great recommendations for layout and finishes. Overall a great experience.

I have had a great experience with Tunc and team. Especially impressed with the planning capabilities - several options were presented in 3D and the one we went for was cleverly adjusted as the remodeling progressed. Staff was really clean and nice. Tunc did never rush me, but took ample time to think and discuss options. Showroom experience was also great as you can see / touch every option directly, and the team takes you through several design options / combinations. Will definitely consider Ultimate Remodeling for my next project.
