Customer service at its best! Great communication, punctual and courteous. These guys were professional and took pride in their work. Our front and back yard looks so much better after removing weeds and a couple bushes, trimming and a few special touches to complete the job. We were so pleased with the quality of service, we already scheduled fall cleanup and future projects. Thank you for an awesome job!

They were great to work with! I sent out a query for a massive amount of cleanup for my back yard and got an immediate response. He came out to check it the same day and the next day had a large crew to knock it out in half a day! They did everything I asked and were very considerate, asking questions on what plants to pull and what not to. My blueberries were saved because even though I said pull everything they realized it was not a weed and kept them there. So I very much appreciate that :). Anyway, great customer service and a great experience overall. I would totally recommend them. My only recommendation is to be very very specific on what plants you want to keep if you’re pulling things so they know, or you may accidentally have your blueberries pulled if you’re unlucky :). Thankfully mine were safe regardless of my bad instructions.

This outfit was absolutely outstanding! The work was done quickly and looks beautiful!

Immediately responded and then completed the job within 48-hours. Good price for the extent of the services provided - significant weeding required. Used them on a rental property; would use them again at my own home.

We recently contracted with Vox Landscaping and we're unfortunately extremely disappointed with the result.

TL:DR - They are likely fine for simple jobs with lawns that are primarily grass or for debris cleanup, but they were absolutely not worth it for us especially after paying over $700 for the result that we got.

We hired them because they advertised themselves as weeding and landscape experts, with largely excellent reviews. The quote was quite expensive, but for the size of job and their "expertise" we figured it would be worth it.

Our grass lawn was recently replaced with low-water native plants and we needed some help controlling the weeds in our front and back yard while the new plants are getting established.

I'll start by saying that they did a totally fine job removing leaf litter, broken branches, etc. without getting rid of our mulch. That part of our project was completed with no issues.

When they arrived, we had to point out the difference between the weeds (including bindweed and thistles) and our native plants. Not the end of the world but surprising given their advertised expertise. We walked through our entire property with them to point out the plants to keep and the weeds to remove. We also requested that they not use a weed trimmer because the bindweed and thistles in particular that are only trimmed grow back stronger and using a trimmer scatters them throughout the rest of the yard.

However, 15 minutes after starting the project they were using a trimmer and needed to be reminded that we asked specifically for them not to use it. They apologized and continued the project.

At least twice during their time working on our project, we walked through to see their progress with them at their request, and we had to continue pointing out weeds that were missed. Including some that were quite obvious and more than a foot tall. During these walkthroughs we were reassured that they were just in progress and would get all of the weeds we were pointing out to them.

After they left we did our own walkthrough and were extremely disappointed to find that not only had they left weeds we had specifically pointed out, but that they had also pulled some of our recently planted plants. After telling them not to remove those plants specifically!

This has been an extremely frustrating experience, and I can't imagine the result if we had not been home and simply trusted them at their word to do what we discussed.
