We had a great experience with VS. The painter did a great job. Very professional and friendly. Took his time and did the job throughly and with precision. The cost was very reasonable as well. I'll be using them for any future jobs.

I was in need of replacing some exterior trim around windows and posts here at my home and some resealing of additional windows. I received 4 quotes from different companies and the prices were all across the board. Candalario came out and gave me the best price and options and was warm and friendly. His staff showed up on time, were polite, cleaned up the area and finished the job in one day. His employee even helped me take apart my Christmas tree when he saw I was stuck. Would definitely recommend them for future jobs!

I definitely recommend VS Interior & Exterior Designs for drywall repair and texture, and will work with VS again if the need ever arises. I patched in a 5' x 1' piece of drywall in my wall and had VS come out to tape, float, and knock-down texture the patched area. The end result looks great and was blended in very well. Candelario and his team arrived on time, were very courteous and professional, had all the tools needed to complete the work, prepped/protected the area before starting, explained what they were doing at each step of the process, completed the work in a timely manner, and cleaned up before mentioning the invoice/payment. They even provided advice for a couple other small repair projects I plan to do myself around the house. The price was very fair (I had other quotes to compare to VS' prior to scheduling with them). Another positive about my experience was that VS was able to provide a quote without coming out to the house. I took several pictures of the patched area, texted them to Candelario with measurements of the patch, and he quoted it within an hour.

I hired VS Interior and Exterior Design to do minor patch work on a nail pop I had. You won't find better quality for the price. Calendario (owner or part owner) is fantastic and so is the team he's assembled.

Candelierio came out on April 20th to quote interior painting on 2 of my homes. He provided a reasonable quote and seemed knowledgeable about our request. He said he would need a week to complete both homes and was able to work with my scheduled vacation time for the 1st week of May. On the Saturday prior to the start of the job he texted to say he would need to push the start date from Monday to Wednesday which was a concern to me as I only had that week off to complete the job he said they would try and get it done. Wednesday came the crew of started on time had no issues with the work on my husbands home other than a few spots near the bathroom that the paint doesn't meet up to the tile and a few spots where the paint did not cover completely and my husband has founds some white spots as he calls it. He however does chose to not have them come back out to fix them.

Friday they started my house and I found out the goal from the crew was to finish the job in 1 day. I got home around 4 pm to find my living room taped and painted, the kitchen in progress and my bedroom in progress. Trash was piled everywhere which was not a big deal but it had rained all day Friday and there was mud and dirt all over my carpet and tile from the crew. I found paint all over the tiles, baseboards and cabinets. The foreman on the job Jose assured me all would be cleaned up. They ended up having to come back Saturday to finish. I was told they would be there at 8 am so got up early to make sure I had everything squared away on my end. Just after 8 received a text from Candelierio saying they would arrive at 9. Crew arrived starting painting. Jose the foreman was not there that day. By the end of the job my husband who had been checking that the paint was even on the walls was not checking that the crew had paint on everything and it was not cleaned. I had paint on the window sills, mirrors where tape was not properly put on, to the tile on the floors, cabinets, trim and even my carpet. I texted on Monday to let Candeliero know and he sent Jose out a few days later to try and fix it. Sadly the job was so messy he could not fix it and ended up having to come back with Cadeliro to do yet another day with more paint. Fortunately for me my 18 year old spent the first 2 days after the paint job cleaning up a good portion of the messy paint. And while Candeliero did come by to as he put it to make things right it still doesn't really make up for the sloppy job done in the first place and the fact that he as the business owner no matter how much the customer checks things over he should always check up after his own crew. VS Interior and Exterior Design just completed a major drywall repair, patch and paint project at my house. I requested quotes from several contractors, had them inspect my house for the work that was needed and received their quotes. VS Interior and Exterior Design had the lowest price so I went with them. Even though they had very few reviews on Yelp at the time, Candelario was very responsive, timely (every time we agreed on a scheduled meeting, he was always on time), very knowledgeable, honest and performed as he promised. His crew are truly craftsmen at what they do. Candelario even went above and beyond. When his crew noticed that the paint color they selected didn't match my existing color exactly, Candelario directed them to go ahead and repaint the ceiling and entire walls instead of just the portions that were repaired and patched. Also, when they noticed that the metal edging on many of the walls in my house were not properly secured, Candelario directed them to go ahead and secure them properly with screws. All at no extra cost to his original estimate. Overall they did an excellent job. If I have a future need for similar work, I will definitely contact Candelario again. I highly recommend VS Interior and Exterior Design!
