Hot Water Heater & Plumbing Done Right

A Water Heater, New Copper Piping, and an HVAC Upgrade in the Works — Here's How It All Came Together When Paul first reached out to us at ABBA Home Services, he had a handful of home improvement needs that had been piling up. A failing water heater, a washer hookup that needed proper copper piping, and an aging HVAC system that was living on borrowed time. It's the kind of situation a lot of homeowners in West Springfield, VA find themselves in — multiple systems that need attention, and the challenge of finding one contractor they can actually trust to handle all of it. That's exactly where Walter Orellana and the ABBA Home Services team come in. The Situation: Multiple Systems, One Trusted Pro Paul came to us needing real solutions, not a runaround. His hot water heater had reached the end of its life and needed a full replacement. On top of that, he needed new copper piping installed for his washer — a job that requires clean, precise work to avoid leaks and long-term issues. And looking ahead, his entire HVAC system was on the list for a full replacement. For many homeowners, juggling multiple contractors for jobs like these is a headache. Different schedules, different communication styles, different levels of quality. Our goal at ABBA Home Services has always been to be the one team a homeowner can call for all of it. What We Did Water Heater Installation We started with the most urgent need — the hot water heater. Walter assessed the space, recommended the right unit for the home's demands, and handled the full installation from start to finish. A proper water heater installation isn't just about swapping out the tank. It involves checking the connections, ensuring proper venting, verifying pressure relief valves are functioning correctly, and making sure everything is up to code. The result: reliable hot water, done right. Copper Piping for the Washer Next up was the copper piping installation for the washer hookup. Copper remains one of the most durable and reliable materials for residential plumbing, and installing it correctly takes real craftsmanship. Walter ran the new lines cleanly and securely, giving Paul a setup that will hold up for years without worry. HVAC System Replacement — Coming Up With the immediate work completed, Paul also has us lined up to replace his entire HVAC system. Full system replacements are one of the bigger investments a homeowner can make, and Walter takes the time to walk through every option — the right equipment, the right sizing for the home, and a clear explanation of what the work involves. No surprises. What Paul Had to Say > "My experience with Walter has been nothing but exceptional. The quality and craftsmanship of his work is unparalleled.
