We are very pleased with the service from Whole Duct. I contacted them on Monday, and they were out here by Tuesday afternoon cleaning our dryer vents! They were punctual, respectful, friendly (even with our crazy dog!), efficient, communicative, and professional. I would highly recommend this service. It could be a life-saver-- dryer fires can affect anyone at anytime!

Andy was easy with communicate and schedule.

Aydin and his coworkers are great professionals, very courteous, arrived on time . Inspected the work to done . They discussed their work flow to keep us informed. Showed me the before and after pictures and also provided suggestions and tips where needed . I will surely use their services again and refer to all my network

Great service!!!! Aydin was on time and the service was Great! They cleaned my dryer vent quickly. Very professional service. I highly recommend this company!!!!

Aydin and Parvin arrived on time to clean our vents. They wore shoe covers and used a vacuum to remove all the debris, keeping the floors clean throughout the process. The job took about 1.5 hours to complete (approximately 10 vents), and they also provided helpful tips on how to maintain the vents and filters moving forward. Overall, the experience was seamless, and we're very satisfied with their work.

I contacted Andy after several homes in our community used their services to clean their dryer vents. The challenge with our vents was that they opened on the roof and our HOA didn't permit roof access. So we needed someone who could clean it without having to access the roof with the right set of attachments. Also our washer-dryer were stackable - so there's the added responsibility of having to install and stack them back.

Andy was very easy to talk to, gave me a date and time immediately and was willing to work with our schedule. He showed up as promised, shared before and after pictures of their work and was overall very organized.

Price was reasonable too and he was transparent and upfront about how much it would cost.

Andy is also very responsive over text messaging. So if you're a busy professional who can't always answer their phone, he'll make life easy for you by being super responsive over text.

Overall, I highly recommend Whole Duct for anyone looking to get their dryer vents cleaned!

What a fantastic job Whole Duct has completed. I highly recommend their expertise and cleaning services. Our home is now dust free thanks to their thorough job at cleaning out our air ducts-thank you!!! They recommend doing this every year so I'll be booking them again in a year.
