We needed a AC/Heat vent duct repair in my attic. Called Pro Attic Restoration and talked to Maria. She was very helpful and scheduled Luis to promptly come very next day. He was very professional and fixed it very quickly. Now we are getting air in our two downstairs vent. 5 full stars for sure on this one. I called them to deal with a rodent and raccoon problem in the crawlspace. David came promptly to check it out and give us an estimate. I also had him check out the attic, which had ventilation and insulation problems. He gave us estimates for both jobs, and we decided to sign the contract for both jobs. It was an extremely positive experience at every stage. David and his entire team were highly professional, responsive, fast, skilled, courteous, and spotless, leaving behind no trace of their visit. They sent a small team for half a day to do the crawlspace, and a 7-person team for an 11-hour day to do the attic. I realized that the price was entirely fair once I saw the work that was entailed, which was significant. Communicating with David was a pleasure. He was informative and clear and didn't try to upsell me. He explained our full range of options, their costs, and the relevant tradeoffs, allowing us to make an informed decision. I have no complaints; not even anything trivial. It's a great operation, and they'll definitely be the first I'll call if I need such services again.

Very professional and thorough. Reliable, flexible and a very respectful crew. They were knowledgeable and provided excellent suggestions for improving our heating and ventilation system. They put in all new attic insulation, new ductwork, an attic fan system and provided new furnace venting and insulation. David was great to work with.

I chose Pro Attic Restoration over other contractors because this company can do many other things than just replace attic insulation. I am so happy that I made this right choice. My 50 year old house got many problems everywhere from the roof to windows and even gas! ProAttic comes to be my savior! I notice that my house ceiling got stains obviously from water leakage from the roof. I never climb up to see what is up in the attic, so I need everything get fixed beside replacing old insulator now turn dusty debris. David and his team came and found out the cause, fixing the roof and repairing structure damaged from leakage. I also had window leakage many years ago and tried to fix somehow to mitigate the leak. The rain this year made the window condition worse that I cannot live by. The window has to be demolished and rebuilt the frame. The dry wall needed to be replaced. ProAttic took on the job and found out the root cause of the leak. Beside the main job on the contract, David and his highly skilled team performed many other tasks without extra charge!

-Installed wifi thermostat with a brief. Years ago, I wasted $200 yearly total tech membership with Best Buy mainly for this and their technician could not do it!
-Installed smart lock, doing carpenter job to enlarge the hole so that the bigger latch can be inserted in
-Replaced furnace air filter.
-Repainted to cover stain on the ceiling due to leakage.
-Sprayed termite treatment at the attic
-Sealed cracks on ceiling in laundry room and repainted.
