As a homeowner and general contractor, it is not often your expectations are exceeded! I was so happy with Pro Attic from the quotations, to the day of installation to follow up. These guys are true professionals. I did not have one item I could complain about (not that I'm trying).

We had them do a new installation of furnace and AC and full attic insulation replacement.

The quotation process was fast, easy and reasonable.

The scheduling was fast and great. They were on time, showed up 15 minutes early and were at work right at the scheduled time.

They proceeded to seal off the house with a plastic sheeting tunnel so they were extremely clean. We were in the process of selling the house so being clean was really great! No mess, no dust afterward.

The entire process was quoted to be a two day schedule, they worked really hard and had it done in one day.

The work was very well done. The inspections with the Town for the fully permitted work was very easy, and the Town complimented the work as very well done.

The staff throughout this process was absolutely great! They had a large crew on site. They were all wearing company shirts, very professional. They were so friendly and professional, I would highly recommend.

Oh yea, the system works great! A highly efficient 16 Seer, 95% efficient furnace was really a great investment in the home.

David performed a thorough inspection of our attic and HVAC setup and provided detailed pictures illustrating the recommended repairs (ducts, insulation, cleaning). We also discussed a number of improvements including a HEPA filter and bathroom exhaust fan. The two teams arrived on time and were courteous, efficient, and wearing masks and booties when in the house. When asked to replace an old asbestos water heater uppipe day of I was very pleased with the immediate response of 'no problem'. Communication throughout the process was great, both verbal and via text. Overall a very positive experience and they will be returning to install additional bathroom exhaust fans.

TL/DR: Highly recommend Pro Attic Restoration. Great Work, Great Communication, Fair Price, but Excellent Value.


I'm really happy with Pro Attic Restoration. I have to pay my highest compliments to David. He was both the appraiser / technician who gave me the quote and he was there leading the crew the day of the install. It makes a difference having a consistent person you're consistently working with. David was extremely polite and answered any of my questions either via phone or via text message. He had originally estimated that it would take 2 days for the job I had (which was to install a new AC, new furnace, and all new ducting). They finished ahead of schedule (within 1 day).

Background in bidding:
I had 5 different companies come through to bid on my house.
They were not the cheapest, but definitely not the most expensive from a pure dollars perspective. The reason I decided to go with them was the excellent communication and felt reassured in the value proposition that Pro Attic Restoration provided. In particular, the 3 year labor and 10 Years on parts. Most other companies provide the same warranty that Bryant or Carrier covers (10 years), however most other companies provided a shorter period of warrantied labor. One offered a longer labor coverage but at considerable higher costs. So P.A.R was the goldilocks of HVAC places for me.

As I had mentioned before, David and I were in frequent communication via text all the way through the day of the installation. He let me know when they were about 20 minutes before arriving. HIs entire crew were very respectful and careful when entering my home. COVID is a really weird time so everyone was masked up and they wore boots while entering my home. They asked permission before entering and was sure to establish expectations for where they would go to make sure I was comfortable. As I mentioned before, his crew (or 2 crews of people) came in and finished the job ahead of schedule. I can't say if that's the norm, but it was a pleasant surprise for me. When they were done, David took me on a tour of the work he provided to be sure I understood what they did and how that corresponded to the original quote that he provided. The work looks fantastic and very clean and professionally done.

Another small thing but was really great. I asked David if he could take an old bulky lighting fixture (that I had been waiting to dispose of) to the dump while disposing of my old furnace and did so without reservation. Nice touch in making my life easier!

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for 1st class HVAC and if I need additional work done, they'll be the first people I call.

David and team did an amazing job of our new ducted HVAC system, especially during the pandemic. They were COVID-19 aware, wearing masks and keeping their distance. The install was completed within 2 days and they went the extra mile to install extra vents and cleanly remove our existing space heater. They stand by their work and came back to fix a minor drainage issue on the same day that we reported it. My wife and I are very happy with the result.

My husband and I had been searching for a reliable company to replace our attic insulation. After extensive research, we chose three companies that we found on Yelp with great reviews and contacted them for quotes. After a visit from all three, we chose Pro Attic Restoration. David from P.A.R. was professional and seemed very trustworthy. He gave us options on the spot and answered all of our questions. He never pushed to sell us anything we didn't want. He emailed us a quote that same afternoon and we moved forward with a start date.

On the scheduled day, four gentlemen showed up with the proper PPE right on schedule. They explained what they were going to do and moved forward with the work. They sealed up the entire hallway creating a "tunel" from the front door to the attic hatch and went to work (in 90 degree weather.) They vacuum all the exsisting loose cellulose and sealed up the entire attic with spray foam to prevent rodents from entering and to prevent heat from seeping into the house. Added soffits where needed and even sealed our crawl space. Something that we were not expecting. All work was completed in one day and they left no trace of them being here with the exception of a patch of grass in our front lawn being damaged by the heat of one of their compressors. We contacted the owner and he was happy to work out a satisfactory resolution to the problem. We feel that Pro Attic Restoration went above and beyond our expectations. We have already recommended Pro Attic Restoration to friends and family and would definitely chose them again for other work.

I recently had David install AC to the house I just purchased. He came and worked with us to understand our options clearly and understand what size system we needed to work effectively in our house and garage (I wanted to cool the garage since my office is now in there). During install, we ran into a few hiccups. My new smart thermostat was defective being the main one. David went above and beyond to fix the issue and get my AC running before the heat wave hit the Bay Area. I was extremely impressed with their thoroughness and professionalism during install. They put down plastic everywhere and cleaned up very thoroughly when they were done. I would not hesitate to use David again for any job.
