Luis and his team are amazing. We had his team out to replace our attic insulation and insulate our crawl space. Even before they started the work, I was impressed with Luis' professionalism and work ethic. I had two other companies come to my house and give me pricing. All three went up into the attic to scope the job, but Luis was the only one that actually went under our house into the crawl space. The other companies saw how tight the access was to our crawl space and told us they may or may not be able to do it, but still gave me pricing based on square footage. I knew I wanted to work with Luis just because of how meticulous he was, regardless of pricing. That being said, Luis ended up having the most competitive price out of the three! Win win!

I was just as impressed with Pro Attic Restoration when they completed the work. It only took them two days to clean, air seal, and re-insulate the attic as well as install a vapor barrier and new insulation in our crawl space! The house was spotless when they left because they took special care to lay down tarps and cover up any areas they'd be working in. They also did a few extra things for us like install grates in the attic and repair the grates in the crawl space to make sure we avoid any rodent problems in the future!

I would highly recommend Luis and his team for any insulation job!

I actually found Pro Attic Restoration and David by chance while requesting a quote from another HVAC company and selecting yelp's feature for sending addition messages to similar companies. David was quick to respond and an superb communicator. He was very knowledgable and he had a crew that could actually handle the job.

The job that I was looking to do included removing a old furnace with asbestos in the engineering room, installing a completely new furnace and duct work in the attic, and installing a new AC system that could support a 1800 square feet house.

David gave me a very competitive estimate to do all this work, and he was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He worked around my general contractor's timeline as I was actually renovating my entire house and he was also extremely responsive whenever I had a question or concern about the furnace or AC.

It was an absolute pleasure to work with David and Pro Attic Restoration, and I would give them 10 stars on yelp if I could. I completely endorse their services to anyone looking to install a furnace or install a AC system.

David cleaned our crawl space today. The are very professional, friendly and did really good job! Our crawl space is a mess due a broken pipe. They clean it and fix the broken pipe. They really care customers. Definitely will recommend them to all my friends! Also, their price is also very reasonable.

David did our AC last week. They were efficient and all around professional. They did a very excellent job all around. Loved the quality and charged a very reasonable price. We recommend this guy. #10stars.

We contacted Luis to get a quote for Attic insulation. He responded extremely fast and came to our home on the same day. Luis did thorough inspection and provided a quote for installing insulation. The quote was reasonably compared to some pest control companies. We decided to go with Pro Attic and booked an appointment with Luis for following week.

Luis was on time with his crew as he mentioned and started the work. Luis, explained me what they are doing at every stage of work. That made me more comfortable. First day, they vacuumed and removed all the existing insulation, sanitized and fixed all possible areas to avoid rodents. Second day installing insulation was completed.

My experience with Luis (Pro Attic) was extremely satisfied.

We have a home, that was built in 1988. it's two story, and I conveniently replaced the roof with black asphalt composite. HOT. Second story was unbearably hot. We added AC. This was good, but we were fighting an uphill battle. We thought, we'd have our attic looked at. I'm a member of Angieslist, and found Pro Attic Restoration there. David came out, and we went up in my attic together, looking at what was there. Turns out, a mouse or two had been spending their vacations up there... relaxing in the cotton-candy/popcorn vintage insulation from the days when the house was built. We'd never seen a mouse in the living area, and have been there since 1997. They were getting in, David explained, from the little tiny areas where the roof pitches meet, on the roof. Tiny little gap the builder figured was no biggie, since was on the roof and protected from weather. A small small gap.

Anyway, I liked our initial visit, and got a good feeling from David, it was clear he had done this before, and knew what he was talking about.

We scheduled an install which included:

* prep for cleanup
* attic insulation removal
* decontaminate disinfect and sterilize
* prep for insulation install
* rat proof (steel mesh grates blocking any further entrance)
* foam seal all the air gaps, around cans (ceiling lights), construction gaps if any, etc.. make the attic a sealed space.
* install insulation (R-38 Ecobatt Unface)
* install an electric, temperature activated (100 degrees) attic fan, to pull all the hot air out of the space.

David, Aneda, & Luis, did all this in one day. The place was as neat as, if not more so, then the way they found it. They removed everything, I went up and saw the cleaned out, prepped attic, then now with the new insulation in. Really pro team. The final bill was true to the estimate.

It makes a big difference, and we could not be happier with the value, their workman (and woman-man)-ship, and they were professional, and we are very glad we chose Pro Attic Restoration.
