I hired Pro Attic to help me with a rat infestation that I was dealing with (under my home) in 2022. Communication was consistently poor but I was desperate and in need of a quick solution. They charged more than most other companies I received a quote from, but I was constantly reminded by David that their work came with a 5 year warranty. He also emphasized that they would be ordering a specialized part (sewer cap) for an open pipe in my basement (something with mesh). Instead, what I received was spray foam in the pipe (which the rats were chewing through) and piece of wood propped up against an opening on the side of my home. I asked if they were done with their work, or if they planned to come back to finish and David assured me their work was complete. It took a Yelp review for him to reach out and apologize about the temporary foam (etc). He mentioned they were very busy and that the part promised was not in stock. He had no plans of letting me know or rectifying the issue, which is beyond shady and lacking in integrity. He then offered to instal new HVAC for a discounted rate (not charging for some of the labor) if I took my Yelp review down (which I did). After his work, he reminded me yet again that all things performed came with a 5 year warranty. Here we are 3 years later. I e-mail about rats making their way back into my home and I was told that I had not purchased warranty but that I could now - "We can extend a warranty that usually costs $2800 for just $1500, with a three-year coverage." No, thank you. I'm not even mad at this point. At least I can justify spending the money to hire another company. If you do hire them, at the very least check their work. I changed my one star review to two, because most of their exclusion work is still up to par (according to another business), which counts for something.

Hired Pro Attic Restoration for my air ducts and attic work. They didn't do any upselling. Nor did they try to push me to replace all my air ducts, as quite a few others pressured me to do. Their price is reasonable and the quality of work is outstanding.

This is a truly family-owned business, operated by four brothers. Two out of the four, David and Daniel, came to my house to service, repair, insulate, and clean the air duct and the system, including the AC, the coil, and the furnace. My air ducts are new and very clean after they were done, and my air ducts had been collecting dust and debris for at least 50 years since they had never been cleaned by the previous owner. There were also lots of dust and debris that got into the ducts since the contractor I hired for renovation didn't cover all the floor vents.

They also cleaned and insulated my attic. I was surprised to find a woman in the crew. I was touched to learn later on that she is Daniel's wife. It is once in a blue moon that one of the owners's wife would come out and do the hard work-it was dusty, dirty and physically demanding to clean out the old insulation and put in new ones. This is as family-run as a business can be!

They are also extremely organized-all work areas are sealed and HEPA vacuum was used during the entire project. What I like about them is also the fact that the entire crew were properly suited and wore high quality protective gears, which shows professionalism.

I am extremely happy with their work. I feel lucky that I hired them and would recommend them to my friends without any hesitation.

I had a great experience with Pro Attic Restoration. I was having humidity issues in an apartment in San Francisco that was built without insulation. I got a quote to insulate the ceiling in the garage below the unit and to have Rockwool insulation blown into the walls of the apartment. The quote was very competitive and they were able to schedule the work around the tenant. they did an excellent job tarping the project, being mindful of the cat, and cleaning up at the end of each day, as the tenant is living in the space. There were many 4" holes in the plaster, and the finish work was excellent. I had to do the paint color matching and supply paint, but they did all the patching, mudding, sanding and painting. I am very happy with the end results.

These are the type of contractors I love to work with! Very clean, professional and experienced. Pricing was very fair. They installed insulation in our attic and crawl space, along with a new range hood vent and a new bathroom vent. They don't just get the job done but actually go above and beyond! If they see something that needs repairing outside of what they were hired for they will take care of it for you if they can. The true definition of customer service. They really show lots of pride in their work. I will continue to hire them and recommend them to anyone I know.

Working with Andy & his crew was an absolute joy! I’ve worked with a slew of handymen/contractors over many years, Yuti Restoration is one of the best I’ve dealt with. They were punctual on all appointments, efficient, neat & very professional. The quality of their workmanship was excellent. Couldn’t be happier. Big plus - they finished earlier than initially estimated. (The primary vent project is not totally complete - just one more step waiting on approval with the HOA. Andy was flexible - whenever this is cleared, he would finish the final step@our convenience. Couldn’t ask for more.). Looking forward to working with them on future projects.

I recently hired Pro Attic Restoration for attic cleaning and new insulation installation, and I couldn't be more impressed with the entire experience!

From the very beginning, their professionalism and attention to detail stood out. The crew arrived on time, explained the process thoroughly, and got straight to work. They removed all of the old, contaminated insulation and did a fantastic job cleaning out the attic--it was spotless by the time they were done.

One thing I really appreciated was how clean they kept the work area throughout the entire project. They carefully covered both the attic access point and the access hallway with plastic sheeting to prevent dust from spreading into the house.
