I needed my heat pump checked for one of my property in
Alexandria but i ended up being scammed by a local company
so i turned to AZA services. My neigbor told me about AZA
Services and i was little skeptical at first i didn't find
any review about this company but i took my chances again.
I set up an appointment a few days later and Ali my tech showed
up. He was very meticulous and even invited us to watch
so that i learn a thing or two. This shows his sincerity & honesty
with his profession and with us. He charge us very reasonable price
and i am so pleased to have found AZA Services and they will
be our go to guys for our heating/ac needs.

***********STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY*******
If i could give zero stars i would. Worst people ever. Got these guys to check my heater through Choice Plan warranty. They never showed up when they said they would and I had to call them to confirm when they would eventually show up. The tech eventually showed up the next day and still couldn't fix the issue with my capacitor as he claimed he couldn't get the replacement part due to the holidays(which was understandable). Fast forward 2-3days after he was meant to show up with the part and no one showed up or gave me a call to explain what was happening. Now we're about 5days in and when i called the tech 9am this morning, he said he never found the part and will call me back within 1hr. It's 6pm and you can guess right, NO CALL!!!!!! I called Choice to report this foul service and guess what, the tech never put in the diagnosis into my claim history which would've meant i might've ended up being liable for the fix.
******ALL IN ALL STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!**********
