We hired the handyman to repair a broken door handle and a washcloth rack. He said he need to order a part for the door handle and would get back to us. That was 2 months ago and despite calling the office, we have not heard back. The washcloth rack does not work. It comes off the wall every time I try to use it. We made the mistake of paying the $300 fee when none of what we needed addressed was fixed.

Do yourself a favor and call someone else!.
I'm $100 in the hole because of them. They did nothing for me except leave my tenants without hot water for 10 days and ruin the chances of them renewing their lease.
I have a Rinnai tankless water heater. I called another plumber who recommended I contact Rinnai and get someone certified for their brand to come out. ABC was listed on Rinnai's website. I called them and they sent someone out who admittedly wasn't that experienced in tankless water heaters (even though I told them when I called that it was a tankless). He then called Mike, the field supervisor, to come out and help him.
They charged me $150 to "fix" some issues that were supposed to make the problem of intermittent hot water at least a little better. MIke was supposed to write me an estimate for some "major work" he said needed to be done. He said he would have an estimate for me the next day. Two weeks pass, still no improvement in terms of hot water, and no estimate despite multiple phone calls. All the while, my tenants are demanding this problem be fixed (complete with threats of moving out).
My tenants saw no improvement, in fact two weeks later there was no hot water at all. After finally giving up on ABC, I call another tech out. He showed me a gasket that was torn to shreds that the ABC guys evidently tried to reinstall. This was preventing the gas from getting to the burner, hence no flame, and no hot water.
Of course this all happens in the midst of the late January ice storms. Because Rinnai is in Atlanta and Atlanta is frozen over and shut down, my tenants have to wait 10 days for any hot water at all -- all because ABC installed a torn up gasket.
In the middle of those 10 days that my tenants are without hot water in freezing temperatures I call ABC once again and express my dissatisfaction. Daniel, my "liaison" with ABC tells me to go ahead with the repairs from this outside company and we'll figure something out as far as refunds go. He tells me that the priority is to get my tenants hot water again.
3 Weeks after ABC initially comes out, after multiple phone calls, I FINALLY get an estimate from Mike for the "major work" that needs to be done. $537 - on top of the $150 I already paid them for "repairs" that didn't seem to fix ANYTHING.
The second company charges me $100 just to fix the damage ABC did. $250 later, we're back to square one.
I actually went with Thunderbird plumbing (great guys! the reviews speak for themselves!) to fix the initial intermittent hot water problem. He said the "Major repairs" that Mike, ABC's tankless water heater expert, said needed to be done, were not necessary, nor was the "work" ABC did when they first came out and charged me $150. It ended up being a matter of flushing the system. Something the manufacturer recommends having done once a year. SO SIMPLE!
There is still one change that needs to be done that was included in Mike's quote, but Thunderbird said it wouldn't be too pricey to fix (if the guy who installed the tankless water heater doesn't come fix it as part of warranting his work).
After spending $250 (not counting what Thunderbird charged to actually FIX the problem), ABC tried to give me a $75 refund, saying that the torn up gasket was not caused by ABC. Nice try. I was pretty insulted and demanded to speak to a supervisor. That supervisor never called, but Daniel, the ABC liaison called back a few days later and offered a refund of $150 instead. I'M STILL OUT $100 because of these guys, and my tenants still went without hot water for 10 days in freezing temperatures, and they probably wont renew their lease because of this (even though I did everything in my power to get their issues fixed).
What a headache! I honestly thought I was doing the right thing by hiring a reputable company like ABC. BIG MISTAKE. Terrible service and terrible customer service. CALL SOMEONE ELSE!

We've been customers of ABC Pest for 6 years and they are great. But when my heater failed to start on one of the recent 20 degree mornings I called everywhere with no luck, as you might imagine. Then I recalled that ABC offered such services. They were over within hours. The technician was courteous, identified the problem, fixed it and didn't push to up sell things I didn't need. He did a full diagnosis though, we recommendations (and price estimates) for future work.
Definitely a great experience.

I had ABC install two new home air conditioning systems a year ago and this was the 2nd service check since the installation. All aspects of the install, testing and then the followup have been done very well. professional, timely and very complete. They sell a great product and the service is some of the best I have had for how the installation, and followup calls were handled. i would recommend them to a friend.

I have been using ABC services for 5 years now. I have had an HVAC service contract since I have owned my home. These guys are complete and absolute professionals. Every technician that has come by over the years has been exceptional. Recently after nursing our ac unit for years a replacement was called for. Mark Hogan came out and spent two hours explaining the options. He was not pushy, did not try to "close" me, and gave me many alternatives. After calling a pal in the AC business he told me the deal they were offering was really fair, and it was an excellent purchase price. Mark and his team was prompt, professional, and made sure that Ihad all the paperwork necessary to receive credits and rebates available. Very good jpb!

I was happy with ABC...at first. They have REALLY good sales people. I was told that my rodent problem should NEVER be delt with on my own because when I go up into the attic and drop off poison, they will eat it, crawl into the wall and die and then smell up the house. They also told me that the droppings they were looking at were 100% from rats and that I had a big problem. I wanted to use the attic for storage (but not with rats in it) So I hired them. It cost me $600.00. I didn't really have the money but had prepaid for a mosquito service that still had several months left so I asked them to cancel that and credit the remaining money to the rodent removal service. I was told a sales guy would call me. He never did. I called back and they said it had been transfered. Turns out it never was and I was charged for both services - by the way, their mosquito service did nothing for me and it was $80 a month...
Anyways - They came to the house, covered up the holes the rodents may have been using to get in and laid traps in the attic. They came back to check the traps a few days later and found a mouse (I was at work at the time). That was a Friday. Saturday I needed to use the attic and when I got up there... there was half a mouse laying there... the other half was a few feet away. Yes you read that correctly, there was a mouse in two pieces just laying there. I checked the traps and they were all reset... so that meant this pest guy, after telling me to NEVER let a dead rodent die in the house due to it smelling (basically talking me into hiring him in the first place and not doing it myself) left the mouse (not a rat!) to rot in my hot attic...
When I called to complain, they transfered me to a voicemail. When I called back they gave me an email address to send my complaint to. I sent my complaint in twice to that address and I still haven't heard back from them, and that was about 4 months ago...
