I cannot speak highly enough of Johan and his technician Ariel. We have an older AC that always seems to have problems during the hottest days of summer. I have used this company previously, and know that they would do a fantastic job. Johan always answers when needed, shows up when he says, and has the answers to my problems. Johan shows up himself to diagnose and fix things he can on the spot. This time around, his technician showed up after hours to install a blower motor that had to be ordered (the very next day after diagnosing this issue!) and after some difficulty found that another part was broken too. Ariel did this all while my kids were being crazy and my dog barking. Johan kept me informed and had the next broken part installed the next day himself. It’s the busy season and they made sure my AC was in working order. I cannot speak highly enough of their services, and would recommend them to anyone that needs help. Their professionalism and service cannot be praised enough. When the time comes and our old AC finally goes (fingers crossed not too soon!) we will be using their services again.

He came on time and did the job.

They have serviced our Heater and AC and each time their bid was less then other companies. I also love they take a one step approach of diagnosis, meaning they will fix one issue at a time until the problem is resolved. This means we have never over payed or payed for Something we didn’t need. Additionally, when other HVAC companies tell us a week plus for service he is here next day early in the AM. With an Infant and other children at home heat and AC in the heat of the summer are so important and have always liked how quick to respond he is.

Very impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness during the service. They came out on a Saturday morning and resolved the issue for the A/C system that was not responsive at our rental property. Out tenants were extremely happy that the A/C was working again. I booked them in the following week for a routine maintenance as well.

Johan and Austin Handyman are one of the best companies I’ve ever worked with. They were prompt to help me when I had issues with my multiple units. Him and his team were incredibly friendly. I strongly recommend him and this company!

Johan and his team are incredible!! We had to go through our HWA to get our AC fixed. Johan first came out 2 months ago and informed us of the issue with our unit as well as other areas to look at prior to any repairs being done. He was honest and polite and wonderful to work with! Once we had everything ready to on our end we contacted him and they came out within a week!! Needless to say we are ecstatic to have our AC unit back on in Texas and can't thank Johan enough for everything he and his team did. They had a lot to fix on our unit and they were here majority of the day, but not once did they seem to be upset by the work and answered all of my questions. They all wore appropriate PPE equipment, even though I said they didn't need to. Extremely professional and polite to work with! Anyone needing repairs/replacements on their units should contact this company. They gave us quotes on other parts of our unit that were extremely competitive with other companies and we are grateful to them for their honesty.
