These guys are the best! They are professional, reliable, organized, exceptionally clean, and their work is fantastic! They had to move a large play structure to replace a large area of bark in our backyard with turf and it looks amazing. They go the extra mile in everything they do, which these days, you don't see very often. They power washed our deck after finishing their work and cleaned up the surrounding landscape. This is the second time we have used them for our landscaping needs and they have delivered above and beyond our expectations. Thanks Guys!! We highly recommend their business.

Matt and his crew did an amazing job installing our turf. Communication was great, even when scheduling was challenging due to rain. They ended up installing early when all was said and done due to a cancellation. We love our new lawn and I would recommend Bay Area Turf to anyone looking to make this project a reality.

I'll tell the good news first, the good news is that Bay area turf is one of the reasonable bid that i found for installing artificial turf, Matt came on time when he did the home consultation and he shows us different sample of turf and recommend the S90 which is good if you have pet and kids. I have about 160 sq feet area that i wanted to have turf. The bad news and the reason why i only gave him 4 star is because of the inconvenience that we encountered with them. we are supposed to be schedule on 10/18 7:30-8am, we have a contract for this day but in the morning he texted me and he said they will be late because they started late on their first job because they encountered traffic and accident along the way, so my husband waited until the afternoon we tried to reach them but no answer, Finally Matt responded at 3pm and telling us they cannot make it which is really upsetting because my husband took a day off that day and wasted for nothing. so he rescheduled the next day and this time they came on time and I am impressed with the quality of work, for the quality of work i'll give 5 star. just an advice if you want to do busniess with them make sure you are 1st in line on that day. Overall i really recommend them if you are looking for budget friendly artificial turf job and quality work.

I had 2 lawns replaced with artificial turf. I am very pleased with my new lawns they look so green and pretty. Matt was a pleasure to work with from the initial estimate to the installation of the product. The estimate comes via email and once you accept and pay your initial down payment you are ready to go so efficient. His guys show up and just work away- of course things get dirty you are dealing with dirt after all but they are very conscientious with cleaning up. So now I have two very nice looking lawns and no more watering - yay! Thanks Matt and crew - keep up the good work. I'm referring you to my friends.

They are quite productive in our back yard project, yet I agree the communication with Matt could be improved as others pointed out.

The quote and samples are all easy, one guy came in, do the measurement, show us the sample and if leave us a piece for us to decide which to go for.

The scheduling was also easy except there was some changes on their side they just email me with "have to push you by one day, Matt", no "hi", no "sorry", no "regards/thanks". Looks like a big boss in a big company who is too busy to care his tone for anyone. And all you can do is to take it.

All of these less pleasant experience got traded off by the hardworking crews, and their great job done from 7:30AM to ~3PM. And they did clean up pretty good as well.

Bottom line, I understand this business is busy, but when it's to customer, your just need to stop your bossy momentum and start smiling, like this: =)
