We just completed our install and we are thrilled with the work. The grass feels so soft and thick. Does not have that fake plastic feel at all. They were even able the shape around our curving tulip bed. They excavated a bunch of cement blocks we didn't even know existed under all the dirt. Our backward feels friendlier and more inviting.

If you are even thinking about adding artificial turf to your home, I would highly recommend giving them a call. Even if you think you can't afford it, it doesn't hurt to get an estimate. They were able to work within our budget and still give us a great product and wonderful service. Matthew was very responsive and very reasonable.

We live in San Francisco and our backyard is not easily accessible, but they made it work. Make sure you ask alot of questions about any concerns. They are very responsive.

I highly recommend them and we look forward to enjoying our new backyard.

These guys missed my appointment not once, but twice. Will not pick up the phone. They emailed back (after a day) saying i could not reach Max. No apologies. Will repeat the same mistake again. If getting a quote is so hard, imagine them being on time for your project ?

I did actually end up getting my project done with Bay Area Turf.
The work was very good, quick and efficient. The price was very good.

That said Matt emailed me few days before my project to postpone the date by a few days. The day he proposed did not work for me. I tried getting back to him almost 6-7 times by phone and was unable to reach him. He finally did reach me and agreed to get the work done on the scheduled date. The end product was very good, but getting a hold of him is almost impossible. - 2 stars for the communication piece.

Matt was prompt for our first appointment, brought in some samples, helped me pick the right one for my space, and sent me the quote that same evening. We booked the appointment. The installation crew was outstanding. There were a couple of hiccups with the supplies but the crew was able to quickly resolve the problem. They had to go back to the warehouse to get the supplies, but they came back right away and finished the job on time. Others would have said they were done for the day and come back another time - but these guys are real pros. They care about their work and were very respectful and treated my home with care. I only wish I had found Matt and Bay Area Turf sooner!

We just finished our installation and I couldn't be happier. Matt and his crew were fantastic. I got three estimates, and these guys were not only the least expensive, but also offered the fastest installation time and the best turf (Obviously just my opinion, but the grass that they use seemed more realistic than the others when compared side by side). Installation was fast and efficient. The crew was great. They were respectful of specific requests that we made and finished the job a half a day early. My initial decision was heavily influenced by price, but after the project has completed, I think I made the best choice from a quality and service standpoint as well.

Bottom line, I got a great deal and I got a great project. I would highly recommend Bay Area Turf to anyone looking for artificial grass.

If I could give a higher review than 5 stars, I would do so. Matthew's staff at Bay Area Turf, lead by Blake, did a superior job on installation of our artificial turf. We looked at other products and companies, but quickly came to the conclusion that Bay Area Turf was the company we wanted for the artificial turf installation. They provided an excellent product at a very reasonable price. We look forward to showing our yard to friends and neighbors, and to years of enjoyment of our artificial turf. The turf looks great and feels comfortable when walking on it. Our dog seems to enjoy it as well. We highly recommend Bay Area Turf to anyone considering installation of artificial turf.
