Nick and the whole crew at Bayside builders were great. Nick took the time to properly diagnose the leak I had and made sure I was very clear about the process and upfront about the costs. My biggest issue with contractors in the past was not showing up when they said they would but this never happened with this group. There was very clear communication which is very important to me. Even better they worked around my irregular schedule and things were done in a very timely manner. They cleaned up well when done and I'm very grateful I chose them and plan to use them in the future.

Seriously, if you need a home addition built, just call Bayside Builders Group and don't look anywhere else. They helped us add on a gorgeous new master suite and handled everything from the city permits to the final inspections flawlessly. The guys on site were great—really respectful of our home, super polite, and they did an awesome job from start to finish. They kept us updated every step of the way so we never felt left in the dark about timelines or next steps.

Excellent experience from start to finish! We received multiple quotes for our kitchen and bathroom remodel, and Bayside Builders Group provided a detailed, transparent estimate with no hidden fees. They helped us select quality materials that paired perfectly with our modern design aesthetic. The crew arrived on time every single day and worked efficiently. I couldn't ask for more!

Bayside Builders Group recently completed our kitchen remodel and the entire process went incredibly smoothly. The team was professional, reliable, and easy to deal with throughout the job. Communication was clear, the work was done properly, and they delivered a high-quality finish. I would highly recommend using this company for any major home remodel.

We are so happy to have chosen Bayside Builder Group to bring our vision to life. After buying our home, we were left with a blank canvas of a backyard. It was not usable with uneven dirt containing nails, glass, etc. thus felt unsafe letting our dog outside to enjoy. Initially, we attempted to DIY this project but quickly learned just how humbling and physically demanding digging dirt is! After 3-4 months of digging, we decided to call in the professionals.

We received 3 quotes for this project. What made us choose Bayside Builders was how personable, easy to work with and no pressure feeling we received from Omri, our Project Manager. From the start, Omri had great communication and was receptive to our desire to keep this project as cost efficient as possible. What also stood out was his willingness to follow up in-person to discuss the project plans after the first consultation, as compared to an email write up of the project plans which other companies normally do. We are also so appreciative that the Construction Manager, Luis, was very open to communication. Throughout the 3 week project, we had a group message with Luis and Omri to make communication easy regarding material decisions and any questions/concerns on either end of the parties. From both Luis and Omri, we felt the commitment to creating the best possible final product and we never felt pressure to add additional work to the project as we did from previous groups we consulted with. The communication Luis had with his crew was palpable as they worked so efficiently each day. The crew themselves were respectful (i.e. bringing in our garbage cans up the driveway at the end of the day on garbage day and doing a thorough clean up at the end of the project) and receptive to feedback when needed.

We would not hesitate to recommend Omri and Luis as well as their crew to our friends and family. If you want efficient work, great communication, and a respectful group to complete your project, I'd recommend these guys! (: Thank you for making our yard functional, beautiful, and another safe place for our dog to run around. (:

Who would have thought my best remodeling experience would come from a Facebook ad?
We discovered a black mold issue in our master bath after returning from a long winter vacation. What started as mold remediation quickly turned into a full bathroom remodel. We tried several contractor recommendations, but either our project was too small or too challenging, and no one seemed particularly interested.
Out of desperation (and curiosity), I responded to a Facebook ad offering a free designer. From the first phone call, everything was handled quickly and professionally.
But the real standout was our contractor, Jacob. This is a man of his word. If he says he'll call at 1:00, he calls at 1:00. If his crew says they'll be there at 8:00, they're there early. Every subcontractor was equally professional.
Whenever something didn't go as expected, Jacob stepped in and made it right. When I had an issue with the glass door installation, he made sure he was there personally the next time. He even asked why I hadn't spoken up sooner.
What really stood out was how attentive and thoughtful he was throughout the process. Even when he was traveling, he made sure everything on our end was taken care of.
After all the horror stories you hear about remodeling, I honestly can't say enough good things about how easy and smooth this experience was. We went from a stressful mold discovery to a beautiful new bathroom with surprisingly little stress along the way.
I would absolutely work with Jacob and his team again.
