5 Stars A+ , From the initial contact with Project Manager Jacob C. and his job site foreman Matias R. I was so impressed both there professionalism and true construction knowledge, we ultimately picked Bayside Builders Group for our Kitchen and home renovations. Out of (6) GC estimates. So many good things stick out during the renovations from start to finish it would take days to tell. But a few worth mentioning is the PM; Jacob was so very warm and concerning of our wants and needs. He is a very approachable and caring gentleman. He truly is the type to "give you the shirt off his back " He has just a wide variety of knowledge in home renovations and build outs it was such a relief that he took the helm and made the process of building permits and inspection was so helpful and stress relieving, which to me was half the battle. Kudos to him ! It was so nice to be able to go to work and be in daily contact with the team, and to trust work would be done as if it was his personal house. Also was nice they were so accommodating with our (2) dogs that had to be locked up at home garage with the construction work was being done, they made sure when they left for the day , they locked up the house, lights off and the dogs were locked up securely. Nice touch ! Also should I need to mention, his work Foreman, Matias was WONDERFUL, he and his team went above and beyond my expectations. they were so accommodating with simple requests to change something or to add something , it was done on the spot and even with better suggestions to be done. Thank you Matias. In closing, if I ever needed a GC home renovation team, I would highly recommend Bayside Builders Group and specifically ask for Jacob C. team. He will give you it to straight , with a strong professional GC background and no "fluff bs" he knows his stuff , and can definitely back up his words and knowledge with true results.
