Her 18 windows were over fifteen years old, and she recognized it was time for a change.
The Before: Challenges Faced
Maureen reached out to us with concerns about energy efficiency and aesthetics. Many of her current windows were drafty, hampering comfort and significantly increasing her energy bills. Additionally, the outdated look was not in line with her vision for a modern, inviting home. She needed a reliable team to guide her through the window selection and installation processes to not only improve the look of her home but also enhance its comfort and value.

Transforming Windows for Modern Comfort
Transforming Windows for Modern Comfort
At Bethany Windows, we believe that windows are not just openings to the outside world but essential elements that enhance both the comfort and aesthetic charm of your home. Recently, our team had the incredible opportunity to work on a renovation project for Victor Ghaemmaghami and his wife, who were looking to upgrade their homeās outdated windows.
The Challenge: Outdated Windows
The couple moved into their 1990s build home a few years ago, inheriting 23 original single-pane windows. These windows, while quaint, quickly became a source of frustration due to their inefficiency and poor functionality. With various shapes and sizes scattered around the front of their home, it was clear that any curb appeal was overshadowed by their age and inefficiency. Knowing that the time had come to replace them, Victor decided to research local window companies thoroughly.
Our Approach: Personalized Consultations
Victor's extensive due diligence led him to reach out to many reputable companies in Central Texas, seeking in-person estimates. Unlike the other services, we took pride in offering a personal touch. Dan Hedman, the owner of Bethany Windows, personally conducted the initial visit and every subsequent consultation. This approach not only highlighted the difference in our customer service but also showcased our commitment to quality.
Victor's review captures this sentiment perfectly:
> "Dan has decades of experience in the window business, and he was a cut above the rest in every metric that mattered. Absolutely zero pressure, a wonderful human being, kindness almost to a fault..."
Our team understands that the journey of a home improvement project can feel daunting, and we strive to make it as smooth as possible. Dan's personalized approach, combined with his willingness to answer all questions at any time, helped foster a sense of trust and confidence.
The Transformation: Stunning Results
Once Victor and his wife decided to proceed with us, our installation crew swiftly got to work, replacing the old windows with beautiful, energy-efficient ProVia windows. The transformation was nothing short of miraculous. Gone were the dull, inefficient single-pane windows, replaced by modern double-pane windows that not only look fabulous but also significantly reduce energy costs.
Our team completed the job weeks ahead of schedule, demonstrating our commitment to excellence and efficiency. Victor noted how our crew left their space impeccably tidy:
> "Their organization/cleanliness had both my wife and me in shock."
Conclusion: A Job Well Done
The end result? A breathtakingly beautiful new facade and renewed functionality that elevates the entire home. Victor stated, "If I could give Dan and Bethany Windows 10,000 stars, I would." Such praise inspires us every day. The joy and satisfaction of our customers drive our passion for what we do.
If you are considering a window upgrade or replacement, we invite you to reach out to our team. At Bethany Windows, we ensure your home's windows shine with clarity and craftsmanship just as Victor's home does now. Let us help you bring comfort and beauty to your homeācontact us today!
