This is a long overdue review! I called Dan at Bethany Windows and the entire experience was nothing but professionalism from start to finish. Dan clearly knows his stuff, having been in the window game for a long time, and he also wants to be competitive with the big guys without selling you garbage, and I always felt like he cared about giving me a quality product and experience at a reasonable price. Even though this is a small local business the windows were not super expensive, which was an initial concern when I called him for a quote. So once I ordered my windows Dan kept in contact with enough regularity regarding the timeline for installation, and he was onsite a couple of times during installation just making sure everything was going according to plan. His team of installers were professional, courteous, and detailed. I never felt like they were trying to get the job done quickly and slap-dashedly. After service was also excellent. I contacted Dan a few months after installation regarding a small manufacturing issue with one of the windows and he came out personally to look at the issue and solved it. The windows look wonderful, and I have noticed a difference in our electric bills (a positive one). Sometimes I like to just go and stand out the front of my house now and look at how nice the house looks with the new windows, and I have recently put my house up for sale and the windows I believe helped close the impending deal. Before you consider one of the national chains, give Dan a call and at least have him come over and quote you, I think you will be very surprised at what Bethany Windows can offer you, and I personally really feel good knowing that I can make a difference to a family in our community by supporting their business, without sacrificing my needs. Plus if you are really, really lucky Dan will bring over his vast encyclopaedia of Dad jokes, which I found myself laughing at against my better judgement!

We would like to Thank Dan at Bethany Windows and his installers for doing a fantastic job despite some hurdles we all dealt with and overcame. The hurdles were not the fault of Bethany Windows. Would recommend going direct with Bethany Windows or if you are using a General Contractor I would recommend to the GC to use Bethany Windows. Dan and his installers certainly go above and beyond.

When I called Bethany Windows for an estimate, Dan came by with his tape measure and knowledge of windows. There were no sales tactics, just "this is what you have, this is what you can get, and this is how much they'll cost to put in." Bethany Windows was not the cheapest estimate but they were far from the most expensive. When I had more questions that couldn't be answered from the manufacturer's website, Dan again came by with samples to show frame cross sections and the pros/cons of the various options. Compared to the other companies, that was more than enough for me to decide to purchase from Bethany Windows. I expected another person to come by for the measuring and ordering, but Dan put away the samples, took out his tape measure, pulled out his laptop, and after checking his measurements a few times, entered the order right on my dinner table. After several weeks, (replacement windows are almost always custom made) I got a text from Dan to ask if he could drop off the windows for the install crew; he delivered the windows exactly when he said he would The install team was a three man crew. They showed up on time (on Saturday!) and put down a tarp before touching any tools. I'm not a carpenter or handyman, but I do know which side of a hammer to hold. There are lots ways to remove an aluminum frame window but only a few ways to do it without destroying the drywall, window sill, and stonework. Thankfully, the crew knew what they were doing. When I put down the deposit, I thought, "replacing windows is expensive," but after seeing the effort Colby and his crew put into making sure the windows were centered, sealed, and trimmed, I changed my mind to, "is Dan making anything off this job?" In all, it was two days to replace all the windows. The first day required indoor access but everything was bolted down and all interior edges were trimmed and caulked before the crew left. I went outside to see how much re-mortaring was going to be needed but it was almost negligible. Instead, I noticed the crew had sprayed low expansion foam into almost every nook and cranny. The second day was exterior only so they started without me knowing. They had to put trim pieces over the foam, caulk the gap between the trim and the mortar, and re-mortar the spots where the old frame chipped the mortar on the way out. When I decided I needed replacement windows, my knee jerk reaction to was to get estimates from a big box store or that outfit that was sending mailers. I learned about Bethany Windows through referral. Dan came by a total of five times from the initial contact to the final inspection to make sure the crew left no debris behind. I don't think you can go wrong with Bethany Windows and hope you call them if you're like me and are a little unsure of how to get your windows replaced.

We shopped around a ton. Dan gave us a great product at a great price. The installer finished 12 window openings in essentially 2 days and addressed all of our concerns.

Bethany Windows replaced 8 dated and malfunctioning windows in a Georgetown rental home we own. The recommended product was very appropriate for the age and style of the house. We primarily used side to side sliders. We are very satisfied with their operation. Installers were top notch and made sure the trim and paint touch up were done properly. They will go get new trim and prep it if needed. We previously used Bethany to replace 3 large (non-opening) windows and a swinging door at our home in Liberty Hill. Incredibly happy with a job well done.

We are really pleased with the installation process - everything was done with integrity & professional quality. They cleaned up well after themselves each day, communication was excellent, and customer service fantastic! HIGHLY recommend!!!!
