Worked with Brady Landscaping to xeriscape our front yard. The team was very responsive and provided a fair quote very quickly. Once we agreed on the quote, the team began working on the yard immediately. The communication was great throughout the entire process, and we were able to work closely with the team.
Our yard is about 40âx40â. We chose 1-1/2â rose rock, 2â Blue Mesa river rock for the border and dry river beds, and grey breeze for the mounds. We also placed 7 large boulders, and planted 10-5 gallon plants (yucca, Spanish broom, and switch grass). We also removed our existing walkway and replaced it with colored concrete. We love how it turned out and highly recommend Brady Landscaping for your next project.

His team did a great job on a multi-faceted landscaping project for one of my rental properties. I look forward to hiring him again!

I cannot speak to the quality of work Brady Landscaping provides, but the initial consultation was incredibly uncomfortable and unprofessional.
Mark came out with another woman, who I later learned is his wife. His first words to me included calling me a "young buck". Setting aside any "snowflake" attitudes, it's generally unprofessional to make comments or implications about a person's appearance/age. I let it go, since I can be a bit old-school myself at times, and Mark being an older gentleman, I gave it a pass.
I began giving a tour of the property, describing work that needed to be done. At one point he interrupts the conversation to chastise his partner, and to tell her to start taking notes, with incredulity. She nods sheepishly in response, and starts scribbling stuff down on her pad. A few times he interrupted again to take a few calls. At one point near the end he took a call, and before walking away, instructed his wife to "make conversation with the young man" in a condescending tone. I did my best to break the tension by discussing the project and asking about their experience in landscaping. Eventually Mark came back and immediately tried to play hardball by bluntly stating he couldn't do the project in my budget. No hard feelings. We shook hands and parted ways. He said if anything changes, to reach out.
I thought about it more later, and thought perhaps I could do some of the manual labor to cut costs, so I pitched that to Mark. He wanted to meet again to go over details (and later I learned, to pick up a check for half). He met me at my girlfriends house after an awkward exchange over text on where to meet. I'd offered to come to them as a courtesy to him. He invited himself into the home, and sat down at the kitchen table. I pitched my thoughts on the exchange for labor, but ultimately he barely adjusted his bid. I would have ended up doing a huge amount of the work to come in still over my original budget. He took a few more phone calls while we were chatting. Eventually I just got a weird intrusive and pushy vibe from him, and decided to trust my gut and end the interaction. Once Mark understood he would not be walking away with a check for $15,000, he blurted out some profanities and walked out the door, cursing about how I'd wasted his time and he doesn't need this project as he has plenty of other people willing to pay him loads more money.
I wish Mark and his company the best. I regret that he feels I wasted his time. In my experience this is part of the bidding process. Again, I cannot speak to the quality of his work, but the project estimation and exploration was an unsettling experience. Hopefully you have a better experience with him and his company!

The fist impression I got from the sales person wasnât good at all but the reviews here was good so I decided to give it a chance. That was a big mistake. Brady landscaping uses other landscaping companies to do the job. At the day that we scheduled to start everything looked fine and after I paid the 2,000$ first payment they just left. After 2 hours of work. They were supposed to come back but they didnât. And didnât show up the next day as well. After a lot of phone calls and massages (it was Friday) they arrived very late on Monday. And that was the way to work with them- we scheduled a time for them to arrive for a full day of work and they arrived a few hours late and than leave at 2-3pm.
But that is not the reason that I canât recommend this company. The biggest issue I had is everything that we discussed and agreed was constantly changing. Marcus would say one thing and a day after something else. It felt like I need to record our conversation just to get the simplest things that we agreed.
I can give 2 examples-
I wanted a retaining wall and the quote that he sent included that. During the work he decided that I donât need a retaining wall (and that didnât reduce the price of course). Only after I once again fought with him and insisted he agreed to put the wall as we agreed.
The second thing was the grass. He was supposed to replace all the grass including a new irrigation system. When they did that he wanted to use the old irrigation system and only add some sprinklers. Save money on the customer expense.
And another thing that I didnât like is that I never got any invoice and I was asked to pay a check in order of the sales manager and not to the Brady company because âthe owner is in California and I canât cash the checkâ. One payment I was asked to pay to the other construction company and not Brady construction. It all felt not right.
At the end they only had to finish a few small things. I paid the full amount and Marcus assured me that they will come âtomorrow or the day afterâ to finish. That was last week and havenât heard from him since than. So at the end- they didnât finish the work but took the full payment.

With so many landscape contractors out there, it can be overwhelming and quite scary to find someone that you can trust, is reliable and does quality work. Mark was all of this. He worked with my budget, gave me design ideas and was super fun and easy to work with. His team is awesome, they are hard workers and have a great sense of humor. They were so great about moving and adjusting the design and plans. They never complained about having to move something twice and went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Mark Brady and his team.
