Transforming Roofs with Care
Transforming Roofs with Care
At Liberty Restoration Group, we pride ourselves on transforming the homes of Charlotte homeowners, delivering quality results and building lasting relationships. Recently, we had the pleasure of working with a wonderful client, Aaron Pikkarainen, who reached out to us for roof repairs after a challenging experience with other contractors. His request was straightforward but came with a deep-seated concern stemming from previous untoward encounters.
The Challenge
Before we began, Aaron shared with us his trepidation regarding the reliability of contractors. Having faced multiple disappointments in the past, he sought a roofing company that would provide not only quality repairs but also outstanding customer service. This was particularly important to him as he wanted a resolution that would leave him with peace of mind and a roof that would last.
Our Approach
When Aaron contacted us, our team jumped into action. We provided a thorough roof inspection to assess the damages and ensure we captured every detail of his concerns. During this process, we made use of high-quality materials, ensuring that the repairs would not just fix the issues at hand but would also withstand the test of time.
Throughout the project, we maintained open lines of communication to keep Aaron informed and comfortable with each step we took. Understanding the importance of customer service, we made it a point to exceed his expectations at every opportunity.
The Transformation
After the initial repairs were completed, our commitment to excellence continued. As someone who goes above and beyond in service, I personally visited Aaron again to inspect the work and ensure everything was done to his satisfaction.
To our delight, a few minor improvements were identified that could further enhance the durability and performance of the roof. Without hesitation, our team returned to complete these enhancements, which we offered as a courtesy—an extra measure we believe every homeowner deserves.

He expressed immense satisfaction with our work, citing this project as one of the best experiences he has ever had with a contractor. Knowing that our project turned Aaron’s previous headaches into a positive experience is precisely why we do what we do.
