They took us from inspection to insurance claim, to repairs, and through completion. Very satisfied every step of the way.

Jody and his team went above and beyond with repairing our roof! It was something we dreaded doing, and put it off as long as we could, obviously its a big expense. Jody and Cardinal made us regret waiting so long. They were honest, fast, and we felt so comfortable and trusted whatever they recommended needing to be done. Job is complete, and we couldn't be happier! Had our first storm the other night since the new roof and gutters. No leaks or puddles in the yard due to our old, bad gutters! Incredibly professional and friendly. They were able to get me the best possible products and service that my insurance money would cover. They went above and beyond, checking up on the repairs, even weeks after the work was complete. I recommend them to anyone who needs roof repairs or replacement, gutter installation, and porch awnings. I hope I won't need their services again, but you can bet if their is another hial strorm, these are the ONLY guys I'd call.

After having a poor experience with another roofing company who pretty much ghosted us, we contacted Jody with Cardinal based on the recommendation of our neighbors who used them for an entire roof replacement. Cardinal did not require a fee for a roof inspection and were very straightforward about the process of filing with our insurance and the chances of them approving our appeal to our claim which I appreciated. They were able to send out a crew to conduct the needed repairs to our roof who were very polite, professional and did a great job cleaning up when they left. The communication was night and day compared to the other company. Highly recommend!

In short, my whole neighborhood required new roofs because of the last April hail storm so I got to see hundreds of roof companies come in and out of here. There was one house in particular that had the most beautiful and professional result so I decided to knock on their door to see who did theirs and the happily referred me to Cardinal.

Boy am I ever glad I did! Even while still being fully busy Curtis treated me like I was the only customer in the world. He was quick to come out and give the quote and full service in working with my insurance to correct the bid and pricing that was ALL WRONG. I literally did nothing and he worked with them to make sure it was at sorted out.

Roof day came and it was all swift and very professional. The crew was expert, professional and kept the grounds very clean. Check out my before and afters, gorgeous!

In addition, I had some really bad water damage to the back of my house and Curtis went above and beyond to have a crew come in and correct it. It required new siding, trim and even a new back door. The back of my house looks and feels like a new house now! Again, all the crews who came on site were professional, nice and delivered the highest quality work.

I am beyond pleased with my choice. Curtis is wonderful and someone I would recommend whole heartedly. Besides being the best at what he does, he is a great human that cares about other people.
