Recently, we had the opportunity to assist a customer in Cibolo, TX, who found themselves facing a significant electrical issue that could have escalated into a dangerous situation.
The Challenge: Power Outages on a Saturday Night
Our client, Emmeline Z., reached out to us late on a Saturday night, reporting that their power kept going out. Understandably, this was distressing. In times of electrical failure, safety and quick resolution are paramount. Emmeline explained that despite the late hour, the urgency of the situation demanded immediate attention.
Many electrical service providers take weekends off, but our team understands that power issues can't wait. Responding promptly, we were the only electricians available to assist. Our first step was to gather information. We asked Emmeline to send us photos, allowing us to diagnose the problem remotely before dispatching our team.
Our Response: Comprehensive Diagnosis and Prompt Action
After assessing the photos, we quickly determined that the issue could stem from their electrical panel. We didn't hesitate to mobilize. > “We really lucked out with Christian and his team. Our power kept going out on a Saturday night, and out of all the electricians on Thumbtack, he was the only one to respond. He offered to help diagnose via pictures, and then at 11:30 PM at night, he and his apprentices drove from an hour away to take a look at our panel. They quickly diagnosed the issue, and on Monday morning showed up ready to fix it. We are super grateful; we could’ve been in a really bad situation if he hadn’t showed up. I would highly recommend Christian for any of your electrical needs!” – Emmeline Z.
